We staff let us borrow some bowls for the take out that we had and ate it on the rooftop. Staff as also attentive and accommodating. Had a chat with a few of the housekeepers on the rooftop while they were cleaning and they were very polite and nice.

The rooms does not have iron and hair dryer. We did request both at the front desk and was able to get a hair dryer but another guest had the flat iron. The rooftop has a swing chair that fell when we sat down. There was also a leak in the bathroom and the floor under the sink countertop was flooded the whole time we were there.

I love the location and their staffs. It is few minutes to the center and 6kms to sky ranch. Aircons were really cool. Easy to reach the place. Their staffs (Marvin, Sylvia and the other 2 who replaced their shifts)were really accommodating.

The initial deposit mentioned in my booking was PHP2500 but at the property, Sylvia told us 2500/room and she just made it PHP4000. No problem as the deposit will be returned. Good thing I have enough cash. We are in digital world now and not all have cash on hand. There is no hairdryer in the room but you can request.

They did not replenish the amenities such as dental kit, toilet papers, welcome amenity (nuts and coffee). Even of the guests did not consume it, they should replace it especially if the guests are staying for more than one night because they are paying for the amenities per night. I should know because I am a hotelier myself

We just stayed there to sleep after we came from a golf game and dinner. The room was clean, and the aircon was cold enough, but the wifi was poorly fluctuating. The television set was not working, and the lavatory was clogged, but we managed somehow. But the price was fair for the room we got.

- The door was broken, we had to ask for an administrative help to ensure that our belongings were still safe inside if we want to find something to eat outside. - Nearest restaurants are 5-10 minute walk. - The pool is not well-maintained. - Some of the staff were not welcoming.
