Staff was excellent! Rex the dog and Jimmy the cat was also a lot of fun. If you life peaceful and quiet, this is a good place.

Their activities director was a crook. If you want to dive, don't ask for his help. He adds $1000 pesos for each dive you do with a dive shop that you can just walk up to and pay yourself. Diving was $1500 from the dive shops at the beach. This guy charged $2500 and just pointed me in the right direction. You're welcome for the $5000 asshat!

We recently spent 13 incredible days at Tauig Beach Resort, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From its perfect location to its very good accommodations and the proximity to stunning beaches and nearby attractions, this resort exceeded our expectations. It served as a fantastic starting point for our day trips to nearby attractions. The resort is just a short drive away from Moalboal making it convenient for those who wish to explore local beaches, dive to see turtles, sardines and many bars. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained throughout our stay. we particularly appreciated the sea view, air conditioning and quietness. The resort's restaurant served delicious local and international dishes. We particularly enjoyed "Jäger Schnitzel". The staff and the owner Elda at Tauig Beach Resort were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist.

Queit small property only 6 rooms in total but a gorgeous beach front resort. Well maintained and the small private beach was beautiful. The rooms were a great size, especially our one, which was the sea view room. Owners were so accommodating and friendly. Daily breakfast was nice and their menu for dinner in the restaurant was great too. Perfect place to watch a sunset

You do need to know how to ride a motorbike. Otherwise, you are in for a 20-minute walk or more back into town.. this didn't bother us, but if you can't ride or walk, it will be an issue

The Tauig Beach Resort is beautiful! Is one piece of Paradise , island of peace. Is totaly on the coast, with private beach, with beautiful garden, lot of nice flowers. The staff is nice, helpfully, smiling, taking care of you! The kitchen is fantastic, good food, delicious, tasty, with many choices. The owner lady lives there, take care about everything for quest comfort to feel good. I can recomend for everybody! All staff Helping with everything, if you want enjoying the Island. Hes a gardener Paul who organising all your activites what you want to finish. The beach bar is beautiful with sea view, many bevarage choices , my favorite the fresh mango juice! Loved our Stay at this Tauig Beach Resort. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and peaceful. Much recommended.

The place is beautiful and relaxing. The only reason we came to Moal Boal is meet my baby nephew for the first time who is 2 years old. Each time we wanted to see or spend time with him we have to do it somewhere is as a baby is not allowed at the resort. We wanted to have dinner with the Family here ( cousins, brothers and sisters and the baby nephew) which would have been around 12 people including the baby but when we asked we were told a kid is not allowed so we had to go somewhere else.

Very quiet and tranquil place. Away from the city center and all the noise and madness, so perfect for relaxing but also not so far if you want to go and join the fun and parties in one of the many Moalboal bars. They have available motorcycles for hiring and the staff are able to order taxi or tricycle. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Beds are very big and comfy. WiFi is available all over the resort. They also have enough free parking space on site, in case you are driving your own car. A small private beach is also available for the guests with free to use beach umbrellas, chairs and tables. Activities like snorkeling, free diving, turtles watch, swim with the sardines, whale sharks watching and many more are available upon request and prices are very reasonable. Me and my girlfriend were enjoying every minute and will definitely visit again. Highly recommend

The peace and quiet at this property is amazing. Everywhere in the Philippines can be noisy due to traffic, chickens, dogs, karaoke etc, but this place is super quiet. The downside of this is that you are quite far out from bars and restaurants but it’s easy enough to get a tricycle into Panagsama for around 200 pesos. Or you can rent a bike. The view from the back is stunning and we snorkelled every morning with sardines, starfish and other marine life. We didn’t see turtles but some of the other guests did. There are only 6 rooms so it’s never crowded. The grounds are well looked after and the rooms are cleaned daily. There is hot water but the pressure is low (standard for most of Ph). Air con is effective. Outside seating area for every room and space to hang wet swimming clothes and towels. The breakfast is limited but good and all of the staff are very helpful. The owners live on site and are helpful but not overbearing. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and felt rested to head off on our last part of our Ph tour.

Amazing resort - intimate and perfect for downtime as we had hoped for! Lovely and peaceful, plenty of time to enjoy the beach area to ourselves which made it extra special. It's not big or fancy, but absolutely perfect for us and more than we expected. We had a terribly journey with delayed flights but the hotel were super accommodating and helpful. Our first day we snorkeled and saw lots of fish which and a huge turtle was exciting! Every meal was delicious! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Absolutely no complaints. Wish we had more time here to explore the local surroundings a bit more but our downtime at the resort was just what we needed.

Would not recommend booking excursions with Paul, would have preferred to source elsewhere in advance but that is our fault also. Despite our bad experience with Paul, this is absolutely nothing against the resort or staff itself just a fair warning for future visitors.

It is a resort bit far from panagsima beach so you will need to take tricycle which is avaliable in resort . It's not recommended to go by foot even it's 3km from panagsama Beach (where all things happen) cause it's dangerous road for pedestrian . This place It's recommended to couple mainly who wants great view and quiet . There is restorant there in reasonable price so you won't be hungry. Total for me its was good decision go there .nice stuff i will go back there if come to moal boal.

Great location, a bit further away from he main tourist-area yet restaurants are still within walking distance (but take a tricycle if you return when it's dark). Also, healthy coral reefs right on your doorstep, including turtles and sardines if you're lucky! Also the food at the restaurant is great if you don't feel like going to the centre.

The bed was not that comfy, but not bad either for this price. And I'd recommend you wear slippers or protective shoes when you go snorkling, because there's about 10 meters of seaweed&urchins before you reach the coral reef itself (you can borrow them at the restaurant)
