All the staff at the resort was extremely friendly. I would like to point out the waitress Frezel, she is one of the kindnes. We received welcome drink, very good coctail. All resort is very nice, clean and well maintained. The Beach is gorgeous, you have a free seats, loungers, hanging net, kayak, beach towels, etc. They bring you drink and food on the Beach, If you want so. Houses are nice equiped, you cannot imagine anything better than a great view on the beach/sea from your house teracce which is 10 meter away. There is a security guy 24/7 present at the Beach, so you can realy enjoy the peace in the palm swadow. And there are also Baywatch guys present from 6 AM to 6 PM. I would thank them once again, since we had a bad experience in the water, so thanks God they were there🙏 At the resort they also organized all the trips for us. All the time of the trips, there was present one of the staff with us, so we felt realy like a kings there. If you prefer the pool instead of sea, there is a nice pool with bar in the middle of the resort. Food at the restaurant was also very delicious, they make their best for you. I would definetelly recomend this, you can take few days here, you won't regret. I hope I will come back once.

Nothing to stay at all.

We booked 2 rooms attached, a Junior Suite/Cottage, lower floor. It was the best location at the resort, and best resort of any vacation I've ever had. The service, rooms, food, and staff were beyond excellent. We brought my disabled 70 year old mother with dementia and she was able to get around the property easily, even with a rolling walker. We had breakfast on the patio every day (They brought us a selection from the buffet and our requested plates), enjoyed the pool, and swam a lot. We really enjoyed the Filipino and American breakfast options a lot. The nearby zipline was a huge plus. The hotel even offered a nanny/companion for my mother when my partner and I spent a few hours on tours. We offered to pay and they provided at no extra charge. We made sure to tip the staff for this because it was unexpected, we wanted to pay, and we truly appreciated that they didn't want to charge for it. My mother really enjoyed the company of the staff. They were kind, friendly, and very capable of assisting as temporary caregivers.

When we checked into our room, we noticed they had just painted the room recently, like within the last day or so. The offgassing smell of oil-based paint was very strong and difficult for me to endure for a few days. It eventually subsided enough that I could handle it but I am very sensitive to strong chemical smells. I knew they didn't have another accommodation exactly like what we booked in this part of the resort, and it had to be painted, so I just ignored it and didn't mention it. The drains caused the bathrooms to smell strongly of sewage constantly, this is unfortunately common in the philippines. They don't use P traps for the plumbing to prevent the gas from coming up the pipes. It was dizzying and nauseating at times. Make sure you leave your bath window open.

Property was fabulous , 2 x storey . Great terrace overlooking beach , huge bed . This is a lovely laid back beach resort with amazing service from everyone . The restaurant and quality of the food is exceptional. I’m really into my food . Every meal had such flavour , it was all so fresh. Tuna ceviche incredible . Breakfast also amazing , I think the best hotel breakfast and food I’ve ever had tbh . Both western style and the more eastern options . The restaurant staff so sweet and polite, Frezel , Abigal , Judy . Can’t remember everyone but such fabulous customer service . The beach is a quiet tropical paradise .. we only stayed 2 x nights , we wish we had not stayed in puerto Princesa and come straight there .

Nature was against us not the hotels Fault. But we stayed so that we could visit the sebang river , but that was closed due to big waves. There are rip tides so red flag meant no swimming in sea .Theres a lovely pool though . No drawers in room . Seems to be quite common in Philippines we’ve come to realise !

We had a first floor room on the beachfront, so great views of the ocean and the sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Breakfast was great and the staff (as they were everywhere in the Philippines) were super friendly and helpful. It is ideally located for visiting the subterranean river, a short walk along the beach from the ticket office.

The hotel is well kept, but the room and some of the grounds look a little tired. I thought it felt charming, but if you prefer a more pristine, corporate look then you may find it lacking. The neighboring hotel looked very swish. Their tours and transfers were expensive. The hotel is 5 minute walk from the ticket office for the river. You can walk there, purchase the various tickets and pay around 1000php though the process is rather chaotic. The hotel charged 2800php although I guess the process would be much smoother and they may include some extras like food and drink.

We had a great stay for 3 nights in Daluyon Resort and everything was perfect!Great location right on the beach with all the facilities you would need,good food and wifi coverage,excelent and prompt communication before reaching the hotel in answering my questions and arranging the transfers and tours. But beyond this we will never forget the excelent and proffesional services from the staff who will do all you need to feel perfect.Thank you,Cherry from the front office and your entire team from Daluyon.

I believe arranging some more sunchairs on the beach would be helpful

The friendly, accommodating, courteous and forever-smiling service staff are the most memorable part of my stay. They were so genuine and sincere every time I interact with them. The food served in the resto were all flavorful and perfect. I super loved the room where I stayed. It was very clean and relaxing. The beach and pool were well maintained. The UR tour and zip line adventure I availed of were also well organized and fun. Eula and Jimmy were both nice and knowledgeable guides.

Items in the menu are too pricey although you can make a special request for extra something without additional charge. Bathroom towels are not regularly replaced unless you request for it. The location is a bit far from the airport (1.5 hr ride).

Daluyon is an outstanding hotel in all my experience with hotels and resorts all over the world. The vibe was peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were tastefully appointed, staff were efficient and friendly and every detail carefully thought out and executed from the time you arrive to when you check out. The restaurant is world class with menu offering the best rendition of Filipino food there is. Our every meal was a delight and worthy of accolades from food enthusiasts everywhere. I want to shout high praises of this hotel to the top of the mountain but on the other hand want to keep them on the down low to prevent the place from being overrun.

We had a lovely stay at this resort located on Sabang beach which is 1.5 hours from Puerto Princesa. We had a large spacious beachfront room upstairs with a gorgeous view. The room was nicely equipped with everything you need including an ironing board and iron ( very rare) A extra big California king bed with very nice linens made for a great sleep. The resort was set in lovely gardens and ponds. The pool area is nice with sun loungers with Cushions - also very rare! The food we ate at the restaurant was very nice and the coffee was really good!! An Italian/ filipino bean blend apparently ! Staff were excellent in every respect. The beach is very nice and the sea extremely clear and clean. It was a great spot to relax and swim. There is also a tropical beach bar on the sand which was fun! We booked the sub terranean river tour through the hotel which was well executed ( but be warned 1000-1800 tourists rolling through there everyday) It was managed well and there is a lot of consideration for conservation and respect of the environment - which is refreshing.

The rooms are a little dark with all the shutters on the windows ( which can be opened) But with such a great view it’s a shame to obscure it! There was renovations going on ( which we were not warned about) the noose wasn’t an issue but the toxic overspray of paint was smelt around the resort.

Exceptional, the best hotel of the entire trip; it provides a sense of respect for nature that is absent in more touristy locations

The excursion are a bit overpriced!

The property is quiet but really well looked after, great attention to detail with immaculate well maintained grounds and beach. The staff go well beyond the standard expected and were very attentive and friendly. The Manager made a point of introducing himself to all the guests.

It maybe the time of year but everything was dead after 8pm, no bars or live bands to entertain the guests. If you like quiet then this is good. The only problem for me was there is no money changer within 2 hours of the hotel so if you want to venture out of the hotel bring pesos.
