Huge room. The family room has a wide living space with a sofa, coffee table, and a smart TV. internet signal was superb. It also has a mini kitchen with a large fridge and microwave. There were two tables in the living room with a chair each and 1 closet. There's also a small terrace/veranda. Bathroom space was wide enough, and towels provided were clean and fragrant. There's a separate room for each bed, and each room has separate air conditioning, which is probably the best feature. There were three air conditioning units in total (the ones in the bedrooms were above the head side of the bed, which is great, so cold air doesn't hit you face-first while sleeping). Each room has about four sockets each (so there's an abundance of charging ports), and light switch positioning was great because they're just above the headboard of each bed. The hotel is excellent for family trips. There's a swimming pool. The staff were nice

Would have loved separate chairs/tables in each bedroom since they were wide enough for a whole loveseat and mini coffee table, although there were nightstands on each side of the bed. Maybe a mirror in each room would also be good so that each guest did not have to wait to take turns with the bathroom mirror. The walls were also dark in color. The men liked it because the overall feel was manly. Hallways might need better ventilation, but then again, the construction hasn't been completed yet, so it's understandable

The room was clean and spacious enough to accommodate our group comfortably. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

One thing that could be improved is the air conditioning unit—it took a while to cool the room, especially since we were a larger group.

I hate it that they did not include coffee on their menu for the breakfast. I mean coffee is important as rice. They did not have much options either

The bed didn’t fit 3 guests, only 2 pillows were given. Cups are not clean.

The ambiance and design of the hotel

Unit was neat

Telephone was not working. Bed sheets are not newly changed. When you open the door from outside, you will not notice that the floor inside was elevated which is safety issues for guest. No electric kettle when we arrived, we have to go down again and request since telephone is not working.

Their breakfast starts at 9am which is a bit late when it was just a plated breakfast served with just cold water, no coffee or tea at all. We were given choices but ended up being served w a clubhouse sandwich prepared by the receptionist not the chef/or cook.

Cleanliness, doubtful if they even change to new sheets at all

The property is not good to stay

The countertops were DIRTY and the floor and table was FILTHY DIRTY, DUSTY. The TV is OUT OF SERVICE , The TELEPHONE WAS NO SERVICE at all there was a telephone unit but NOT WORKING incase of an emergency you can not call the front desk for help. My sister and I were not able to eat dinner because we can not call for dash food When I got inside the bedroom I sat in the bed and the BED LINEN WERE WRINKLED and STINKY WITH BODY ODOR /sweats , I asked the front desk to change the linen, three person came one of them told me that they counted when they changed the linen and the white cleaned linen they put was not for the room I stayed, I didn’t understand I am a guest in this Clark CU Hotel and I was not expecting to slept in a dirty linen.
