Nice room, hot shower, breakfast was ok. Great rooftop. Good pillows and new towels. Got a room upgrade for free.

Wifi was super weak. I had to work, ended up using my phone data, which is expensive. Will not stay again during working days. During the rain the windows were leaking, woke up to a huge puddle on the floor, was very lucky that I didn't leave a bag there, it would have been soaked. No hair dryer. They promised tea during the day, but most of the time water just wasn't there.

Everything is new and fresh, we had lots of space and an amazing view on the mountains. It’s the highest hotel in urubamba. Perfect breakfast. Hugo the restaurant manager amazing guy!

The quality of the rooms differ. We changed room from 602 to 604 opposite of the hallway. The first was small, dark and super cold. The second a 180 degrees change; amazing. Invest in a big room, and ask for 6th or 7th floor; prices differ not much and it’s so worth it.

The staff were great. We had a couple of very minor issues which were fixed very quickly, yet they still upgraded our room to make up for it. The hotel is amazing value for money and definitely higher calibre than 3* - we stayed in the Suite with Spa bath. Tallest building and therefore the best panoramic views of Sacred Valley.

The room can either be extremely hot or cold and there is no air conditioning or heating.

WE booked the jr suite, the view from the balcony was amazing. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the view... Mother nature did not disappoint.

Be prepared for the stairs when you arrive with luggage. After that I must believe it is one of the most beautiful hotels right in the town.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view.

There was a tall stairway where one part did not have a railing. However, the staff was very helpful. Because I used a cane, they let me use an elevator that was for the staff that entered the street level through another business.

Everything was great! What stood out the most was how friendly the staff was throughout our stay, especially Clemente. They even have an adorable dog named Charlie, who is incredibly sweet.

The neighborhood was hosting parties during our stay (Friday and Saturday), which made it harder for my partner to sleep.

Our standard room wasn’t available so we got upgraded to a suite for the same amount. Room was huge with lots of windows and a balcony. King bed with nice crisp white sheets. Staff was really friendly and helpful. We were able to book a tour to Maras and Moray with them. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices, great coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. There was water and tea available during check-in. The staff was eager to answer any questions that we had.

We had to wait about 30 minutes before being shown to our room at check-in although we arrived after 2:00 pm, but overall, it was a great experience!

New hotel in centre Urubamba; there are many types of rooms, mine was huge, with a spa bath (I didn’t use); Netflix available, huge bed, great fluffy towels; there is a roof bar on 9th floor for food, drinks and nice views; nice breakfast

On the first evening the water wasn’t working in the shower but it was solved quickly. Gentleman who served breakfast was a little brusque.
