Breakfast was a set tray of food (bread/rolls, small portion of scrambled egg, piece of lunch meat/cheese, fruit cocktail plate, sweet bread) with drinks and yogurt at the bar. Food was okay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location is close to Love park and the coast.

Stairs are very steep and short for those with larger feet to get up to the rooms. Fortunately the front desk guy carried my checked suitcase because I would never had made it up the stairs with it. Rooms don't have heat so they get cold at night in the winter.... April to Sept. Room door sticks and is hard to open/close....room is up a few more steps. Hotel is locked so you have to buzz and wait to enter or to be let out.

Location was exceptional...just a few minutes walk down to the beach and very close to all of the restaurants in Miraflores! The room itself was good, small and nothing fancy but I didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and always helpful! The breakfast was wonderful as well, rather than a typical continental breakfast there was a breakfast bar with cold options/juices/coffee/tea and a breakfast meal brought out by the staff to each person in the morning!

The only complaint I have about the room is that the noise from the hall was loud, almost felt like there was zero sound proofing. I'm glad I am a heavy sleeper! That being said, my room was right next to the checkin desk and noise in other rooms could be less than what I experienced.

Central Miraflores location, friendly staff and basic but freshly made breakfast. Room was clean and simply furnished. Overall had an individual charm (lots of stairs, branching corridors and slightly quirky decor) but your interpretation may vary.

If you rely on WiFi be aware it's slow with frequent drop outs even impacting navigating sights like Skyscanner and Booking.com. Shower was generally lukewarm at best. Exchange rate was publicly posted on desk but was slightly more adverse than rate found online.

Great little hotel. The room was tiny but just right for my needs. I loved the quirkiness of the building. There were lots of sitting locations outside your room, including a top floor patio. Location was great, I was able to walk most places and Taxis were close by. There was a good selection of foods for breakfast and restaurants close by.

The only issue I could see for some is that the stairs to the third floor were very steep and narrow. I had a back pack so was ok, but carrying a big suitcase up them may be difficult.

Great location of Miraflores, close to parks and seaside sidewalk. Nice stuff willing to help to ensure taxi. Tasty breakfast. Netflix for late nights. 24/7 reception

Missing hairdryer. Hotel is next to noisy road and my room was directly above this road/street so I had to have closed curtains with no day light. Window was not sealed enough so you still could hear the street/road noise as the window would be open. Problem with towels to dry.

Great location, really near the malecon de miraflores so we could see the new year's fireworks and walking distance from central Miraflores. The bed was surprisingly huge and comfortable. Strong wifi, and a decent breakfast, not much choice but plenty of food.

Breakfast only until 9am which is a bit early! Not very good sound isolation, we could hear people in the room next door, though it didn't bother us at all at night. And the room was a bit warm but it had a fan so we weren't too hot.

Perfect location (2 minutes from the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean and 15 minutes from the airport bus stop (20 soles), safe neighborhood, good restaurants close by (Larcomar Shopping Center), friendly staff, attention to the breakfast offer, and above all the friendship of Giuliana, the director of the hotel. I discovered the hotel last year. This year I went for it without any hesitation.

A big thanks to Imperial Hospedaje Turistico for a great start to our Peru trip! Location was great, right near the coastline in Miraflores. Good breakfast and all-round great value for money. The staff was also incredible - we had some problems with our taxi and Renato and Stefanie made so much effort to help us sort everything out. Thanks again for the hospitality! 🤗🙌

Great hotel and perfect for solo travelers. The rooms are comfortable with all amenities, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom size is a bit too small, I had my nose stuck on the wall in front of me while sat on the toilet as it was so close to the wall.

The location is good, a few minutes away from Kennedy Park and other places, the room was good, very clean and well maintained, and the staff is extremely polite!

The breakfast was very lean, and did not have many options, it's cooked as a meal for the guest, so you don't have much choice in what you're going to eat or not.
