Clean hotel with spacious apartments and very comfortable. The staff are super helpful. Great rooftop terrace.

The pool opening hours are a disappointment. They plastered the pool all over their page but in reality it can only be used 10:00-17:00, kind of pointless as most people will be out and about. It's really small, too.

The staff were very attentions and helpful. The room was spacious, tradicional but comfortable! The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet! The shower was a bit on the weak side! Not very powerful. The courtyard is beautiful, full of plants, and hanging ferns! Very restful! The hotel is near lots of bars and restaurants. The surrounding area is very tidy, and it felt very safe for walks.

Breakfast was nice. The coffee not so. Very weak and milky! Sorry, but for us a good cup of strong coffee is a must in the mornings, and the milk , I pour it myself please. Unless it is a tasty cappuccino!

Four friends—two women and two men—stayed for just one night. The apartment was divided into three areas: the main space, which included a kitchen (with a microwave and gas stove), two single beds, a small sofa for two people, a dining table with chairs, and a TV; a separate bedroom with a double bed; and a bathroom with a lovely shower. Towels and cookware, including pans, were provided. The Barranco area is beautiful, vibrant, and safe for a night out. The hotel's location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby. Getting around with Uber was easy. We didn’t book breakfast, as the kitchen had a gas stove and pans, so we cooked our own meal and enjoyed it by the pool, where smoking is also allowed. The pool itself was amazing! Overall, a lovely experience. Shout-out to the wonderful reception staff for their fantastic recommendations on where to find great food and salsa dancing! Extra stars for keeping our luggage and bags safe for hours at no extra charge—truly appreciated!

This is a small hotel that sits in a side street close to the main artery in Barranco. After many years of living away, we returned to the neighborhood of my childhood. As always,this is a mixed area with busy streets and quiet and comfortable streets where you can walk and always feel at home. So location is a plus for Casa Fanning. It also is a small place and the staff is attentive and will try to help. Breakfast is simple but felt healthy and just an introduction to the day.

The hotel is now showing its age. Some of the handles in the bathroom were loose and also in need to get new washers as they were prone to leak unless you did an effort to shut the faucet. The shower had one of those electric water heater that produced a slow stream and a temperature adjustment that went from cold to hot, really hot, in a notch. So be careful.

Saw this was a highly rated accomodation in the Barranco area. Stayed here for 2 nights and got late check out which was very convenient. Also I left luggage here before I checked in which was very nice for the staff/hotel to do. Pros - Large area with kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom - Staff is very nice and helpful, also most staff can communicate in English - Safe area, they have to open the door every time when you enter and exit the front door - Wifi was pretty solid

Cons - Room is a bit rundown, the plugs are quite loose, furniture is a bit older - Bathroom layout is designed quite weird, very tight area

Good location in a quiet street and safe neighborhood. Friendly staff ready to assist with every question we had (they speak English as well). The apartment was lovely, very big and fully equipped. There is airconditioning, a fan and also a heater. We didn’t use the pool but it looked great. It’s not big, but big enough for two people to chill in and there are two sunbeds. We loved our stay here, we have been traveling for a while and this was the perfect place to take it easy. We even stayed inside the apartment a whole day just chilling, something we normally wouldn’t do! Great value for money.

The shower is hot, which is nice, but there is no temperature control. So you will take a hot shower whether you want it or not haha. Not necessarily a bad thing but something we noticed

Very kind staff, let us store our luggage after check out and let us hang out in the common area for like 4 hours while we waited for it to be time to go to the airport and use their wifi. Very thoughtful and kind, good large space that was clean and had lots of appliances

Neighborhood was a bit noisy at times, but that's sort of everywhere in Peru I've found

It's the best place to stay in Barranco and Miraflores. The personal is very friendly and the rooms are big and clean. And this is the most quiet place in central Lima. If you're looking for a place in Lima where you can sleep and have rest with a guarantee then you're lucky if you get a reservation in that hotel. Inside the hotel there are lots of natural plants and flowers. It looks fantastic 😍😊

The pillows are too big (high). It's not possible to sleep on them. So better take your own pillow with you if you can

We booked this place last minute and were really happy with the location in between Miraflores and Barranco. It is right on the edge of both areas, so easy to get around. We loved how spacious the room was with a big living area and kitchen/dining table and bedroom tucked in the back. They allowed us to check in early for no charge which was great as we arrived in town on an early bus. Unit was clean and well appointed!

Clean and comfortable as you’d expect for 3 star property. Small pool on roof nice for quick cool down. Located on quiet street. Easy 20 min walk either way into Miraflores or Barranco. Small grocery store just across road. Suite had large seating area and kitchenette. We didn’t use restaurant so can’t comment on that. Staff v helpful.

Bedroom had a rather noisy mobile AC unit, so we mostly slept with windows open but this was not much problem.
