Very comfortable room, spacious and clean. Bathroom was nice too and had hot showers with good pressure. The location is a bit out of the way but pleasant. They gave us a packed breakfast the day we had to leave at 4 am. The staff was most helpful and friendly.

The room had a window onto the patio with a very transparent curtain which means we had a bit too much light in the room. The day we had breakfast at the hotel it took an hour to get it served as you get it in the cafe and there is one waiter for both the clients of the hotel and of the cafe.

Located just short of a 15 minute walk from the History Centre. Keep in mind that you will be walking a bit uphill when coming back from the centre and that can be a bit challenging with the Cusco altitude. Uber services are offered widely and cost about 8-10 PEN soles to/from. Staff are extremely pleasant and will do what they can to make your stay enjoyable and assisting with asking what you have planned for the day and if you'd like to book any tours (e.g. city centre walking tour, Sacred Valley, Rainbow Mountain, etc.). Shout-out to Ruth at the reception desk for always being a gem and having a smile on their face. If you booked with breakfast, breakfast is offered from 6:00am-9:30am. I like that they have a small but versatile menu offering of bread basket, eggs (various ways), pancakes, fresh fruit juices, and teas/coffees for guests. If you have an early day trip departure and cannot make breakfast, you may request a bagged breakfast. This typically consists of a juice box, banana, deli meat and cheese sandwich. Simple, yet a lovely thought for a "to go box". Laundry services are easy to find with at least 3 laundry services offered on the same street as the Inn. Laundry will run you about 4-5 PEN soles/kilo.

It can get a bit chilly in the evenings, but they do rent heaters for 20 PEN soles/night.

Very friendly reception, they kept my backpack in storage while I was away and it was waiting for me in my newly booked room on arrival. That was an exceptional service. They also changed my room when I wasn't happy about having a window into the hall.The room was simple but enough with good bathroom. The breakfast personnel was kind but extremely slow and not efficient, standing around doing nothing while guests waiting to have tables cleaned and to be served. It is difficult to take when you worked in that kind of business in the west. The place is up the hill. Generally I think it is good value fir your money in Cusco.

We came back to this hotel multiple times in between overnight tours and multi-day treks. This was an excellent base in Cusco, what you get is unbeatable for the price. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable and the showers are spacious and hot. The location is a 10 minutes walk to the main square, and it is on a hill, but we were never bothered by this and considered the brief uphill walking good preparation for our treks at altitude. If you cannot make it taxis in Cusco are very cheap (1-2 euros). The breakfast is quite good and the cafe inside the hotel is very convenient for a quick meal.

Rooms overlooking the street can be a bit noisy at times because of honking/car noise, but this is a common issue in Peru

Breakfast was good, and the room was clean, even though very small. The location was good too, near the San Blas neighborhood.

Upon arrival, I was charged an additional fee that was not disclosed during the booking process on Booking.com. First they said it’s a booking commission which was strange, then they said it’s a tax fee, but no one of previous places we were staying at, didn’t take it from us. This has never happened to me before, and I believe this practice is misleading to guests. While the other things were adequate, this extra charge left a bad impression.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff, very kind and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and even though it was a prepared dish, there were many options - the bakery itself is a lovely place to enjoy a coffee or other in the afternoon as well. The bedroom was way bigger and nicer than what we were expecting for the price. It was a bit cold though, but many blankets available.

No elevators and a lot of stairs, but the staff helps with the luggage. We booked a few more nights directly with them and unfortunately got another room, which was way smaller and less nice - there was also a problem with the shower and everytime we used it, there was water everywhere, they were very nice though and came clean it every time because they were fully booked and couldn't put us in another room.

- decent sized room and nice, warm shower - good cafe attached. We went several times to get snacks/food and chill out in the communal area - few different options for breakfast

- our room was cold. Not an issue when sleeping as they provided blankets etc and layers on the bed but was cold when just in the room - coffee at breakfast wasn’t good - it took ages to arrive and was cold

Excelente localización cerca del bohemio bairro San Blas. Ótima cafetería. Ótima equipe profissional, super educada y disponible. Cuarto amplio, confortable y bien decorado. Super agradable el ambiente del hotel. Recibimos un box desayuno porqué salimos a las 5:30 AM.

Cuarto un poco frío. Ruidos de la cafetería en el cuarto por la noche. Tube dificuldad para calentar la agua de la ducha.

Fantastic hotel with super kind staff, cute courtyard, excellent facilities, yummy cafe with lots of offerings, and box breakfast service for early departures. Breakfast in general was delicious. We loved our time here! 24/7 reception

The shower flooded a little and walls weren’t very soundproof, but minor issues. It’s a bit of a walk from historic center, but nothing bad.

Staff were particularly friendly and helpful and frequently went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious and they gave us a breakfast box when we left early for trips. Rooms were a good size and really comfortable. Blankets were provided. There is also a cafe that offers high quality and affordable drinks and food. Beautiful view from the room.
