Riande Urban is a Very clean facility.The Front Desk Staff members were very courteous , professional, friendly and bilingual . I'm unsure of her name but the Lady who cleaned our room daily was phenomenal ( skilled) and HONEST . (Our valuables, jewelry and high end brand clothing were stored and strewed everywhere openly in our room and nothing went missing). The room smelt fresh and was clean daily. ( Enough towels and toiletries) Breakfast was palatable. There was a variety of food and fruits to choose from on the days that we were there. The Dining room staff were very pleasant. ( Security was visibly present at the entrance daily) so I felt Safe and secure . The hotel is centrally located in the City so It was a short walk to several affordable restaurants and bistros nearby. Uber is available within 4-5 minutes. The Metro was nearby as well. The pool and Jacuzzi area was well lit so we felt safe to use it at nights. Yes they had a LOUD party on the Saturday downstairs in the Pool area when we were there. But we were told about it before the event. signed a paper to confirm that we were told about it. Nice, QUIET boutique Hotel 10/10. We will be back.

Very convenient location, if you don’t want to break the bank and stay in casco viejo. The hôtel lobby is large and nice (although the décoration is a bit strange). We slept very well and the staff at the réception is helpful

Our room had a hot water issue (which understandably can happen) but instead of changing rooms which we asked for, they sent a technician up. M’y friend was in a towel (as she had just expérienced cold water) which was kind of weird and he walked on all the towels with his big boots, not being very helpful or nice. He said it was fixed but it was not. In the end we changed room thankfully

the staff at breakfast and lunch was amazing. They really were impressive with how well they delivered. Excellent service. Also, the front desk staff was very helpful. The value for the stay was very good. The only drawback I have was that the breakfast food offering was pretty meager. I expected waffles, pancakes, or croissants and was left to toast my own bread. There was some me cereal and eggs. I don't like having fried empanadas for breakfast nor Rich sausage I would scrap the free breakfast

As I said above, I think the breakfast food could've been a lot better. Simple, croissants, or pastries would've been great however, the breakfast staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my stay.

The room is nice and clean, the bed is comfy and it has hot water. The location is great - very close to Via Argentina. I used the beer garden which was nice to sit outside. Breakfast was ok - they offered egg, toast, fruit, juices.

I had booked this hotel because of its pool and outdoor area and was willing to spend the whole day at the pool. Unfortunately especially the outside area is not well maintained. The cushions are moldy, the sofa is broken. It is such ashame as the pool and the outside area have a lot of potential. Staff were not the most helpful.

I took my girlfriend to El Riande Hotel for her birthday week, and it was an incredible experience that exceeded our expectations. On our way from the airport it took a little over a hour due to rush hour traffic (so, travelers budget your time for that). On our way to the hotel a couple days later, the trip back was only about 25 mins (we checked out of the hotel and headed for the airport around 1040AM). The hotel features a lovely swimming pool and a relaxing jacuzzi (We didn’t use those amenities). They offer breakfast from 7 AM to 10 AM, and while the options are simple and somewhat limited, I appreciated this as it helped me avoid overeating. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Although we didn't dine at the hotel for dinner, we did take advantage of their tour services, and Kathy was particularly amazing. We will certainly be returning to El Riande Hotel.

I stayed here when we needed to spend a few days in Panama City for a visa renewal so we spent quite a bit of time in the room. The room itself was fantastic (we paid a bit extra to upgrade to a suite) and an amazing value for the money. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was bigger than expected. Good breakfast in the morning and decent proximity to restaurants. The downstairs has a fun little vibe with a pool table, bar, and fun decorations. Next time I am in Panama City I would stay here again.

Perfect location as a solo traveller from Jamaica for a few days. Uber was perfect and easy access to areas Hotel close to many food places also. Hotel clean I had executive room so I hardly heard any noise like some complaints I've read. Overall great service

Would be alot easier if there was someone on staff, reception and in kitchen who has a least know some English. The language barrier is the only thing that makes communication difficult. Thank god for Google translate

I loved the lush greenery around the pool and the pool itself was a decent size for swimming laps. The bar areas were well maintained and the doorman/ security was so friendly and helpful.

There was a noisy disco party on the first night until 4am. We were warned but I didn’t want to trade out the room and then shift back the second night as we’d just flown in long haul.

Overall, I had a great experience at this Hotel. The room was clean and perfect, and the staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered. I want to thank Romina for her dedicated customer service in the dining area. The restaurant's food was excellent, and every meal felt gourmet.

Executive rooms may need appliances like coffee maker machines, minibars and iron.

This is a fantastic hotel for the price. You get everything you need -- pool, breakfast, comfortable room -- and with the excellent El Cangrejo location. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast cannot be beat! Typical Panamanian breakfast with fresh fruit, fresh OJ, and also great coffee.

The keycards are very flimsy and poor quality. We had to go and have our cards "reset" at least once a day. Sometimes, due to security, the front desk will send someone up with you, as well, to "show" you how to use the keycard (despite you already knowing). It's frustrating.
