There was an issue with the room we booked the day we arrived, The Hotel arranged a similar hotel and arranged the transport to and from the other hotel . The room is more like a large fully equipped condo , even including a dishwasher. Staff is very helpful for any question or request you may have in Panama city. Swimming pool is open long hours and the hotel is situated in a building which has super market , a department store and a French Croissant place.

The hotel reception is at the fourth floor and the hotel entrance is at the back of the mall entrance . The Indications to find the reception are not that clear when you arrive the first time.

The room was great and the view fantastic. The location of the hotel inside a small shopping mall was also helpful.

At check in I gave my card to pay, entered my PIN etc. and was under the impression I had paid for my stay at that time. However, on check out when I went to drop off my key, I almost missed my cab to the airport as I was told payment hadn't been taken and needed to do it then which caused a long delay. I am still not clear why I was forced to "pay" twice (only one charge was made) but whatever the reason it should be made much clearer to patrons why their card is being taken and that it's not for the reason they think on check in.

The location is good and the hotel is very clean. The room is spacious. The hotel is in a building with a small shopping mall and a supermarket. Also a very nice coffee, pastry and other options to eat there or take away.

Breakfast was limited and not everything was tasty. It was enough but not special. Wish they accepted my request to stay a little bit longer when I explain that my time to go to the airport was in the early afternoon. I didn’t see that they were so full.

We originally requested a corner room. We had to wait until 6ish as someone in the room had late checkout (they did offer a standard room earlier). Once we got into the room, it overlooked the inside of the mall and we felt like there is no privacy. So requested a room change. We got a standard room which was fine. Bed was very comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom was huge. Room was clean but housekeeping didn't replenish everything. There was no more coffee the next morning and shower gel ran out too which wasn't refilled. Small things, but they could pay attention to it. Pillows smelled a bit damp. Breakfast was good, quite basic but enough. The rooftop pool was very cozy and nice views. Area is very safe and handy for shopping. I would suggest getting a room above the 5th floor as those don't overlook the mall.

The Marriott was a pleasant stay. Nice view from the room. Room is spaces. Nice staff.

My pass to get out of the parking garage would NEVER open the gate. I was aloud 15 minutes to get out of the gate after getting it scanned by the front desk. after timing myself it took me about 8-10 minutes to get to the gate. I preceded to get it stamped with the front desk, it NEVER worked.

I recommend this hotel to everyone! The location within the complex was ideal! I got my COVID test done at the Panama Clinic plus shopped in the mall. We ate at the restaurant within the hotel a few nights! Very reasonably priced and Alexander was a great waiter! The directions to this hotel are confusing! The main entrance is just beyond the restaurant Texas de Brazil! You will be entering the mall but the hotel entrance PB is on your left! Then you need to take the elevator up to LC where the reception is ! I paid $765 USD for 4 nights! Very good value for a beautiful hotel!

The location is ideal. Near two major malls and plenty of restaurants.

The room that I had came with two full size beds, and my wife and I could not sleep comfortable together in the bed, so we had to sleep in separate beds on Mothers Day Weekend.
