The hotel is located in the local area of Panama City. Very close to several restaurants, Bars, Parks and super markets.

I did not like that the elevators on the first floor do not go up to the top floor. l had to take two elevators plus walk two flight of stairs to get to the roof top where the pool and gym is located. Also hated the fact that my room key stopped working a few times.

Bed was very comfortable. The room has a good distribution and space, I didn't get to use the pool but location was 10 points, there's a lot of good restaurants near walking and it is in a very safe area.

Even though the breakfast was included the hotel was at full capacity and when we get to eat there was not much options.

The staff was friendly and were willing to help when asked. Liliana the breakfast attendant always greeted everyone with a friendly smile. There was also the young woman who cleaned my room who was very kind. (room 706). I tried to call the property after I left because I forgot to get my water bottle from the fridge, but was unsuccessful. They said there was someone there 27/7, but it turned out not be true. I would really have liked to have gotten my water bottle back, since I've had it for a long time. 😩

Well, breakfast was good, but they need to serve more variety of meats other than hot dogs and chicken. I would have liked maybe bacon, sausage, and French toast.

Very nice location - via Argentina is the place to be. The hotel staff was friendly and wanted to help. Breakfast was nice too.

The hotel is definitely in need of renovation. We also had problems with the hot water, so needed to change 2 rooms until we finally got one where hot water was running. But the staff was really helpful.

Very good location, city center. Close distance to everywhere. Breakfast was very good,tasty.. Friendly, helpful staff Room ,very clean.

Hotel needs a little touch of love....wall paper coming off, bathroom tap is moving, external glass facade ,there was a leakage during rain...just maintenance required.

We loved our stay here. A great location, lovely huge comfortable bed, a good shower, good WiFi and friendly, helpful staff. We stayed 4 nights and then did one over night to the San Blas islands. The hotel kindly looked after our luggage for free and then checked us back in to our old room. Room 301. Has a double aspect view and a small window in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and they even got my vegan husband Almond Milk in so he could have cereal for breakfast. Lovely homemade granola. Recommend getting to breakfast as early as possible as they ran out of fruit on one morning. I especially liked that had water available in reception including hot water so I could make myself a hot cup of tea after a busy day. The pool was also nice and the gym okay. Lots of restaurants in the area and near the Via Argentina Metro which made getting around very in expensive. We even travelled that way to the airport! Thanks for a memorable stay.

LIKES: Breakfast was good. Staff providing food and staff clearing tables were all courteous and helpful. Desk staff were also courteous and helpful. Cleaning staff were also courteous and respectful. Parking on floor 1 was greatly appreciated. Price was very attractive. DISLIKES: Card Key was difficult to open door. Had it rescanned but still required multiple passes and on last night it stopped opening door to room 802. Toilet did not have force to flush anything. Plunger given to us on our second comment to front desk did not provide strong flushing flow. We went up to floor 10 by pool and used functional strong flush toilets by the pool. We suggest focus on why flush fails to flush- new toilet? - clog in flushing apparatus? - not enough water pressure?

Breakfast was great the staff was very helpfull especially Carolina, she was very helpful and people person.she knows how to make a guess feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you all very much. Also thanks to the front office staff. Also Brawlio Panama a fantastic asset too the hotel. His hospitality is very good.

I did not like the bathroom it was disgusting with the water backing up and we had to stand in that at night to have a good bath. It took to long for the hotel to react to our problem. Also the electricity we out a couple of times and it took to long to be rectify.

Very close to many restaurants and metro station or subway system. Free breakfast bat with variety of food items to choose. The staff is friendly, my room was very comfortable with a view to Via Argentina road. Overall we had a great experience.

I can not find any negative things to say about this facility.
