I loved that the room was cleaned and bed made up each day. The air-condition worked well and when I had a n issue with the toilet it was fixed quickly. I love the view I had outside my window and the fact that I could open the window and get some fresh air. I like that it is close to the train station and not too far from Albrook Mall.

The bars of soap were too small especially having to bathe at least twice per day. The pillows on the bed were too flat and the bed linen could have been a little thicker to keep you warm especially when the rain fell at night.

We experimented with the public transport, a new experience for our children and grandchildren. You can take the metro at the airport and get off at Loteria Station. You have to change lines twice, one close to the airport and then at San Miguelito...nothing too difficult. The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk away from Loteria Station. We kept topping up our metro card and was able to use different forms of public transport. Albrook Mall is 2 stops away from Loteria. Outside the mall you can catch the bus to Miraflores, the Visitor Centre where you can see the ships traversing the Canal. You can get meals in the restaurant adjoining the hotel. The restaurant opens very early so if you're like me, you can get an early cup of coffee.

The area immediately outside the metro station could be cleaner but that is a common problem in many places we've been.

I booked initially for 4 nights but eventually I remained for 3 weeks, as I was in Panama for work. This hotel has the best ratio quality/rate of the whole area around. The staff are nice and helpful. I had an issue with a noisy air conditioner and it was fixed soon. The cleaning is very good. Internet is excellent. The location is also very good, very close to the coast, just few meters from a huge supermarket/store (El machetazo). Considering the rate, I couldn't wish more

Cheap, HOT SHOWER, and perfect if you just need a place to stay in between excursions. I stayed 3 non-consecutive nights. Never the same room and no issues. AC works. If you are not picky, you will find it just fine!

It’s very close to the metro station which is awesome but unfortunately sketchy at night so didn’t walk as much as I wanted.

I liked how centric the hotel is. I was a few steps from the metro station and everything (markets, stores and malls) was a few stations away. I could also go walking to the Bay (Cinta Costera).

the hot air from the air conditioning was going directly to the bathroom, so every time I went there it was a hot sauna.

I had already been here for 4 weeks in the past, for work. This place has the best ratio quality/rate of the whole area, it's near the sea, near the market, near a big supermarket (el Machetazo) etc etc. It's a perfect choice

Price/quality ratio very good for Panama city. Clean. No ants, no cokroaches. Nice wifi. Good split system. Metro/subway 5 minutes by walking. Nice view on Panama's golf from fifth floor.

No freeze camera for food in room number. No breakfasts in hotel. Not in city center.

Didn’t speak English. Sometimes the front desk person locks the door late at night so if your out late you have to knock to be let in

Very clean rooms. Most of the staff were very friendly. The night shift girl working the desk was uppity like we were disturbing her. If you don't mind walking it's a great location. A little off the beaten path.
