Staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is interesting and I would love to research its full history. It felt like we were the only people staying here it was kind of fun to have a whole hotel to ourselves LOL

Our AC unit started to drop a little in the night. We just flipped ourselves around in bed and let them know when we were checking out. It didn't ruin our stay. Also, in the kitchenette there was no silverware, again, was not a big deal. Just would have been nice to stir my coffee ☕ we actually really enjoyed this place! Clean comfortable the staff was nice the price was right what more can you ask for!

Everything, literally! This place far exceeds the expectation for the price you pay. Very clean and quality rooms, terrace with bar and pool open till late at night. The real star of the place is its staff. The most kind and helpful I have experienced so far in all my travels. Booked for one night, ended up staying for 3. Amazing! Best choice if you want to save some money and stay 10 mins walking from casco Viejo

There is nothing bad about the place. 24hrs reception, super clean, very comfy beds and pillows. We had a leaking AC unit, they changed our room immediately. We had to get up early for a tour at 6am, the guy at the reception offered us some coffee as he didn't know we had to leave so early. He also offered to pack a breakfast on the go for the next time. The only thing that I would say is that the apartment haven't got a great view, but that's about it.

I made a personal request as I was leaving the premises. To my surprise when I returned the item I requested was in my room. I can’t find a word at the moment to describe how impressed I was with Victor, the owner immediate response.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. The hotel has security, a restaurant, rooftop pool, and the staff were great, Oh, there is on occasion a DJ to spin music, Maybe, you could dance!

Staff brilliant - very helpful. Location good as near to metro and only one stop from the main bus hub for travel to other parts of Panama. 15 Mins walk to Casco Viejo. Negatives - not many restaurants etc nearby and noisy in rooms facing street. Ask for an inner room. Hotel happily moved me after 1st night. Hotel restaurant is OK but could do with more choice for a week stay and service a bit slow. Maybe that is normal here. Nice stay overall and owner friendly.

We booked last minute due to two cancelled flight onwards to Costa Rica, decided to stay in Panama for a few days… We got there and my booking hadn’t even gone through yet.. was my fault 100% But They kindly waited for me to send it through again and let us store our luggage until check in time. The upstairs open pool and area was amazing. A young guy who’s name I can’t remember but came from the San Blas islands was really polite and helpful.

The room was a little odd with no window but wasn’t a big deal and we didn’t realise there was a club/ casino underneath but you couldn’t hear it upstairs.

Everything topped my expectations. 1. The staff is super helpful and speaks great English. 2. The area is how it is in Panama but not dodgy or unsafe in my opinion. Everywhere security and I travel alone as a women and never felt bad. But sure it's not an area where you go out for dinner and chill on the street. But that's why this great hotel is cheap. If you want the same standard in the old town you would pay 3 times as much. And hey, from the hotel to casco viejo it's between 2.25 dollars and 2,50...so absolutely no problem. But back to the high quality of this hotel 3. Great big absolutely clean rooms. Even a fridge and microwave and Coffeemaschine. But if you are lazy u even get free coffee in the reception area in the morning. How lovely is that? 4. The chef Eric will make you the best fish you have eaten. I loved it and asked him all about it. Go and get the "Pescado tilapias" u will love it. It's fresh and so tasty. 5. The roof top with the pool is nice to chill out, they even sometimes have music and if you want to have a drink at the bar... All there. So all in all, I have been travelling for 5 months and seen a lot. This hotel is worth every cent. I did not even have to pay extra for a late checkout.

If you want to experience the true "urban" feel of Panama City, you will enjoy your stay. The area is sketchy during the day and a no go zone at night. But the hotel is safe and secure with friendly staff, clean rooms, and an excellent restaurant on the top floor. The top floor contains a beautify outdoor space with bar , dance area, lots of tables and a place to meet by the hour "friends". I only did lunch and the food is good and plentiful. Over all I would return for the rates, food and excellent staff.

The area , while authentic its sketchy and one must be on guard at all times.

The amazing welcome we received from the Greek gentleman who runs the place - a great way to start a stay (and thanks for that!). The Location: 2 minutes by foot to the subway, super easy to find taxis, 10 minutes by foot to the fish market, less than 20 minutes walk by way of the fascinating (Pedastrial) Avenida Central (to the Old City). Lots of supermarkets, mini-markets, little pastry shops, etc. We wanted to share out time between the Parque Metropolitano and Old City so the location was great The rooms are very large and very clean.

This area of the city is not very prosperous and might be a bit overwhelming for some. I (me average build, pushing 60, white hair) explored it a bit during the day (alone and as a couple) and then a couple of times in the evening (alone). I did not feel menaced but I not feel that was the safest place to be out at night. There are few restaurant options. The 24hr reception and the parking monitor make the hotel itself safe.

Very nice attention from the guys at the reception, they helped me with the suitcases and I like that they are fluent in both English and Spanish, they were very courteous in everything, they responded to any disagreement and above all highlight the good work that everyone does in the place, they have very nice rooms and very well prepared for a nice lodging, I loved staying and of course I would do it again, as long as my 2 boys who helped me throughout everything are there Kevin and Bayron, they are excellent workers and very kind , a good place without a doubt

I thought I heard a dog barking and it is a bit noisy since it can be heard throughout the hotel

The hotel CEO is a very friendly and excellent entertainer. We loved the hospitality and the great evenings at the outside rooftop bar. The rooftop bar with its DJ and comfortable sofas where we spent our evenings were definatly a highlight.

It’s very close to the old town, but not recomendable to walk there at night, due to the unsafe neighbourhood. The streetnoise is also not a plus.
