very clean and quiet. restaurant on the first floor. air conditionning working good. hot shower with good pressure. lockbox at the front desk. lots of convenience stores around. safe area.

The hotel is well-managed, and my room was clean and quiet. I appreciated that the staff even asked if I wanted my room cleaned after just one night. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower was excellent. It was very easy to check in and the hotel is provided with two lifts to take you to your floor. The location is also great—just a short walk from the metro station, the skyscrapers, and the historic district of Panama City. There's also a big supermarket just around the corner. As

Pretty good pool that was a nice place to read . The bed was good. About a 5 minute walk from Santa Tomas Metro station.

The wifi didn’t work on that floor so I couldn’t use my laptop. There seemed to be quite a few people using the lobby wifi. Finally a bed with a reading light but it didn’t work. The restaurant in the hotel has limited hours and closed at 3 pm. Local Panama food close by. Maybe not the best area to walk around at night.

I love this hotel ! It has everything I want or need. Comfy bed, good pillows, clean ! Nice pool, vending machine, HOT water in showers !, friendly staff, restaurant on site from 7 to 3:30, am/pm next door, close to a safe Metro (Santo Tomas). Good price for the area.

Wish the restaurant was also available for dinner but really nothing - I loved my stay.

Great service, the employee was very friendly in special Ms. Oris the housekeeper for the 4th floor, she always came to my room with a nice smile and very attentive. I wish everybody was like her.

The price and the space

The toilet can't really flush. The room doesn't have a coffee pot or hot water boiler and there is no where has drinking water available. Other than buying the water there is no option. I can't have my coffee or tea which is bad

The bed was very comfortable and the room cleaned everyday. Very hot shower with nice towels. The ice buckets Infront of the elevators on each floor are a very nice addition and it has a nice clean pool.

The rooms at the front of the building are a little noisy from the road and the air conditioning unit is a little small for the size of the room

The hotel is very clean. The room is sufficiently spacious. Overall grat for short stays. The location is close to Metro which is good.

Loud old AC. The location is sketchy in certain areas also very dirty streets but thats all panama city tbh...

As always staff in panama is hit or miss that is in any hotel in panama.

Check in 10am so we came off cruise ship And had 6 hours to wait for flight. It was ideal to dump bags have a walk around the new town and shower and freshen up. Had a nice clean pool too. Recommend for quick stopover
