Great hotel. The bedroom was a decent size and very clean with a nice modern bathroom, with a separate toilet/shower room with a rain showerhead. The king bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Good WiFi, TV and coffee bar. Safe available. We had a nice view of the city from the 12th floor and the elevators are very fast. The rooftop pool was great. It was small but very relaxing after a hot day of touring and the view of the city is spectacular. The Buffet breakfast was a good size, diversified and very good food. The breakfast room is very nice. Tables.were nice and clean and well attended. Staff was attentive and polite. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. One person always spoke English. The hotel is just off Via Argentina which has many local restaurants choices, including El Trapeche right on the corner. I had trouble with my Uber ap, but taxis were very easy to hail in front of the hotel and on the Via. Taxis to most other areas in the city cost between $5 and $8 (make sure you ask how much first and then bargain if you don't like their price)--Casca Viejo was the most expensive-- the only$8 trip we had. . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Walked to the Via every night and never had any issues or incidents. The Panamanian people are very warm and welcoming.

You only get 2 bath towels and 1 face towel for 2 people. No problem having towels changed, but when I asked for an additional face towel I got a washcloth. Otherwise, everything was great.

It was a lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and always available to help! The food at breakfast was lovely!

The small was a little small so we didn't get a chance to utilise this!

The staff were extremely polite and friendly. I loved how roomy and comfortable the room was and the views from the window and the rooftop pool were stunning!! The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. I did not get a chance to try any of the food at the hotel restaurant as there are many other restaurants nearby with Latin America and Caribbean food options which I wanted to try out. The hotel is in a convenient location as there is a plethora of restaurants, convenience stores, shopping stores, pharmacies and the metro station. also, most tour operators will only offer pickups at hotels within Panama City. I would definitely stay on my next trip to Panama! 10/10

I wish they had a microwave in the room or at least one on each floor.

Comfortable hotel with modern decor and facilities. Exceptional reception staff, especially Cely. All very helpful with communication about my lost luggage and even telephoned the airport for me. I think they were as pleased as me when it was delivered! Good Aircon in my room ( which was essential), comfy bed. Pleasant and efficient housekeeping. The lift is only accessible with your room key and then is specific to your floor so it adds to security. It was easy to Uber from here but it's only a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station too.

The only way it could have been better for me is to have proper fruit juice at breakfast and some real cheese instead of processed. The staff at breakfast were great at keeping everything topped up.

Lovely friendly staff upon check in and bar service. Beds were very comfortable. Had two full sized beds for two friends. Nice. Black out curtains worked well. As did AC and Wi-Fi. Many restaurants and shops on the streets close by. Uber pick up was very fast. Breakfast buffet was ample with lots of fresh fruit and hot items. Luccas Italian restaurant a short block away was GOOD. Booked one night to be ready to go to the PTY airport which was less than 30 minutes away at 10am. Would stay again.

Had to call for a second pack of non decaf coffee for the coffee maker in room. Staff could not get our rooms together, we were on different floors. Furniture in room a bit "tired" but who cares really.

Loved the hotel. The location was great, nice and central within walking distance to restaurants and shops. My room was clean and efficient, room service was available and1 housekeeping was prompt.

But I do wish there was a mat beside the bed for me to wipe dust off my feet before getting into bed. Also I would have liked if there were napkins in the bathroom and washcloths for bathing.

The location is convenient, the rooms are modern and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the rooftop area—it has a beautiful view of the city and a nice relaxing vibe. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise: a good continental selection with sweets, fruits, and more - definitely one of the better breakfasts we had during our 2 weeks trip over Panama. A perfect base for exploring Panama City!

The staff was top-notch. We arrived after a LONG red-eye flight and were able to check-in early, which was truly appreciated. The breakfast is very good. The newly remodeled bathroom is lovely. The room was very clean.

The beds were not comfortable...'might consider new mattresses. It's not easy for a second person to walk around the room if another person is working at the desk area. It was doable, though. In the shower, the water is not quite hot enough, but we didn't suffer! Booking.com indicated a shuttle was available. We mistakenly thought it was a shuttle provided by the property. In fact, it could be ARRANGED by the property for a reasonable fee. We had contacted the property in advance via Booking.com messaging but did not receive a response to clarify the procedure for getting to the hotel. We ended up taking a taxi...not a big problem...now we know to inquire.

The room was spacious and not located really close to the elevator, so the general layout of the hotel is nice. Breakfast spread was fine with ample options; coffee was good. Easy walk to everything you need - restaurants, cafes, groceries. Room surprisingly quiet given bustling El Congrejo neighborhood. Staff were amiable and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in a lively area (bars, restaurants, shops) without any noise outside. Big room with very comfy beds. Everything clean and very well maintained. Good wifi. Nice rooftop bar and swimming pools. Nice breakfast.

The bathroom was ok but the shower jet quite weak on the 7th floor. The airconditioning couldn't get the temperature down to the setting we used; it was always warmer inside.
