The location was great, right next to the beach and near a lot of nice restaurants and cafes. The room was also very spacious and well equipped with the amenities.

It was a bit noisy at night but it was because it was near a bustling area with lots of restaurants and cafes.

🧍🏾First of all - people: the guy who welcomed us - Francis - is just amazing and always very helpful! As well as the rest of personel. 🏖️ Second - location: it’s just in the heart and of the Qurum beach and many food spots are near by. Intercontinental is just in front, so on the beach you will have a nice multi-culti quorum 👌🏼 🏩 Rooms and hotel itself: Clean. Old construction but inside the rooms brand new toilets and showers - which is the most important for us! Overall hotel is big and I can just imagine how cool and full of life it was just a few years ago! I wish to such places all the best and prosperity! 🕺🏽 Club: yes, this hotel has a club on other side, but! Or this is we’re lucky or this is the case, but there are no disruptions during our stay at all! I think you just need to avoid Friday/Saturdays and this will be your best stay on Muscat beachside! 🫶🏼

Good location! Beach front place! There are many restaurants and cafe around hotel.and can go by walk to Royal opera. I feel safe area. Hotel stuff were very friendly and kind. Good time for a walk on the beach.

Hotel and Room a bit old. It was hard to open the door to balcony. Unfortunately we saw small cockroaches twice, once in the bathroom and once in the room. The balcony was a little uncomfortable because people from other rooms could walk through it and I couldn't leave the window open.

Like about the property is: Location Price View Size The location is perfect even the night walk or morning swim on the beach is perfect. Room sizes are decent and storage space with the washroom. Bright room and having a terrace which is common for all rooms. Location: It is perfect as multiple restaurants have more or less all kinds of cuisine options with nice breakfast options as well. View: You have a view of the beach direct.

The Pool is under construction. SPA is a bit noisy. Club is noisy at night.

Comfortable, spacious and clean room, good wifi, hot water all for a very good price! Very helpful staff, esp. David cares about us excellent!!! Amazing sand beach in the front hotel, caffes and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended to all, hope to be back soon. Zuzana & Lenka (Czech Republic)

I would highly recommend Al Qurum Resort Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Muscat. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future.

While my overall experience was fantastic, I did notice that the Wi-Fi in my room could be a bit slow at times, and there is background noise always from the bar. However, this was a major/minor issue and did not significantly impact my stay.

It's 50m from the Qurum beach. There are a small number of rooms in the resort... So the front desk is there to help you out more than in a "Expat-Bubble" hotel. La Source and the clubs are all on one side of the building and are great options. The rooms are simple, but clean and complete. Terrasse access is great in the morning and A quick trip to the grocery got me breakfast stuff for the stay. Much thanks to Francis and the team... They got me started with the OTAXI app and I was off to all the sites in Muscat. The shopping center next to the resort has about everything you'll need for restaurants and cafés. Alcohol is available per local rules at the resort.

Nothing. There are comments about the noise from the club, but I didn't hear anything inside the room. The pool was under re-construction, but the bigger wave pool (The gulf of Oman) was open daily. ;-)

The room with a sea view was great. The hotel is on the beach, which is great for swimming, walking on the beach, looking at all the different people using and enjoying the beach and its surroundings. There are several small cafes and restaurants right around the corner, which is great as a supplement to the very nice cafe/restaurant in the hotel garden next to the beach. The staff is great. David and Francis, who are running things are really friendly and always helpful.

I miss the swimming pool and what used to be a very pleasant area for sunbathing next to it

Excellent staff in particular David Fernandez and his colleague who couldn't do enough for you. I had both early and late check in/outs. Location was perfect next to all the restaurants and the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable and excellent values as everywhere else nearby was a 5 star hotel.

If pool was functional would have been brillant

Firstly we had some doubts after reading the reviews but decided anyway to choose this place. AND IT WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER! The owners really try their best to make your holiday as more comfortable as it’s possible. Location: perfect to reach the beach within 1 minute and lots of restaurants and cafes around. Service: everyday cleaning/ new beach towels/ cutlery to the room/ helping with some questions/ called taxi to the airport -> we didn’t need to do anything and we’re able to fully enjoy our relaxing beach holidays. The 2 guys are friendly and helped in a perfect way. We totally recommend that hotel to everyone who wants to have a great beach time in muscat!
