Amazing breakfast. Perfect Location. Clean. Very helpful staff. Lovely reception and seating areas where you can get a drink and relax.

The terrible loud noise from the live music venue below my room went on until 2.30am on Thursday and 3.30am on Friday and Saturday nights - really frustrating. Then on Sunday night builders were working below from 10.30pm to midnight! No sleep, so tired for touring Oslo and the rest of my trip. Shower/wet room difficult. But it was a single budget room!

Amazing breakfast buffet! Many vegetarian and even vegan options (fried vegetables, vegan croissants, home made smoothies, variety of fruits). I had a single room, perfect for my stay. It wasn't too small. It was quiet, on the courtyard side. The shower looked a bit outdated for a hotel, but its water pressure was amazing. Good bed, I slept very comfortably. Lovely lounge, including small bar, with a balcony on the 2nd floor overlooking the square.

At times it took a very long time to get hot water, other times it worked right away. The hotel contains several buildings I think, so the hallways are a bit of a maze. But that too had its charm.

The hotel and its location is excellent and the staff are amazing. Breakfast quality beats many hotels in Norway.

I enjoyed the stay. Taking the history of the hotel into the consideration, some features or their lack of) were a slight inconvenience. For example navigating the hallway on the third floor with a luggage needed to go through two sets of a few stairs; or the bathroom does not have a fan and adds condensation in the shower and the room.

The breakfast was amazing , very good choice on the breakfast , scrambled eggs was really good and the bread was amazing , the only down side of the stay was , that it was loud outside , it was hot in the room , so I open the window and it was really loud outside , but I should think about it when I book , but didnt have much choice in my budget , so overall they stay was good 👍

Lovely, comfy stay in the heart of Oslo. Located on the Main shopping street, Restaurants and Bars just round the corner. Modernized hotel with a lot of charme. Excellent breakfast with a great variety of just anything! Definetely a recommendation! Staff was very helpful: provided early check-in.upon request. 24/7 reception

USB plug-in in rooms would gave been lovely

Great, central location 5 mins walk to aurport train. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast included was fabulous. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Plus the room had a kettle and excellent tea making facilities.

The bathroom was a little outdated but clean.

Perfect position in the city center, almost every attraction is walk-distance. There's the nationaltheater station near the hotel, that is useful both for the metro (to go to Holmenkollen and other ski attractions) but also for Airport express. The rooms are clean and nice. A lot of choice for breakfast!

Hotel was in a perfect location, staff was good, WIFI fast and assistance to change room when there were problems was effective and helpful for the long term experience. as well amazing breakfast.

The location was excellent. Me and my daughter went to Oslo to see the Christmas market which was located directly outside the hotel. There was a lovely Christmas atmosphere. The dining room where we had breakfast each morning is stunning, with lots of good food and variety. The staff were very friendly.

The hotel was central, very easy to find railway station, palace, opera house etc, from the hotel. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within a few steps of the hotel The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of dishes from which to choose

It wasn’t so easy to locate the rooms, the breakfast room etc. A few more signs might have helped. It was of course easy after the first couple of nights. Irritatingly, the card key malfunctioned at the end of each day, so we had to go back to reception to have it corrected.
