The location is excellent and near everything, the station, the shops and the nice street without traffic. Close to restaurants and cafes and boutiques, it's all there. The staff were the best they really made me feel welcome, I was sad to leave.

The food was excellent, but a few more hot vegetarian options would have been good, otherwise perfect.

Bed was sooo comfortable in the king superior room Dinner was delicious and there were enough options to choose something. Cannot complain since it is included in the price Cappuccino machine available Free parking on the street between 5 pm - 9 am. Otherwise need to pay the meter or put it in a parking garage Unfortunately the city was badly affected by the flooding so there wasn’t much activity happening.

Group came and was exosted of night flight. We asked a chance to helpa and staff was very strict on rules.. we understand that hotel was fully booked and cleaning takes time but if i would work there i would Just look for some good oportunities how to Help tje group who Havent slept all night. I have expwrienced that before and never had such atyitude.

As I said I really liked the stay only diner wasn’t that good. Soup was amazing, but meat was really chewy and hard to cut. But everything else was excelent. Me and my husband, we really like to stay and travel now for 4 years and I can say that this was one of the nicest places that we stayed at. Clean, nice enviroment, really great workers that can help you in pretty much everything and answer all of your questions and really beautiful apartment. Nice diner (except meat) and breakfast was amazing. So thank you.

The air inside the hotel is a bit heavy, as if the lots of carpets there generates a lot of mites. And I'm allergic to it. So, I come out of the hotel always coughing and sneezing.

I really liked the dinner option included. It helps when you are just arriving to the city and is already super tired.

I am not sure if it was the weather shock or if it was the carpet and ventilation system...i had a super allergy cough the second night at the hotel.

Very nice receptionist (Mandana), she was very helpful. Bed comfortable, you can go eat dinner or breakfast several times if you wish, or you can pick food to your room.

They dont have A/C, if you open windows its noisy. No toiletries, we kindly asked but they don’t have these.

The furnitures and the room interiors are new and in good condition. The location is excellent. The breakfast is great.

The ceiling in the room is very thin so you have noise of footsteps from the room above.

There was no cake left at fika, around like 4pm, I was waiting a while thinking that maybe new patch will come, but no.

Everything I needed was here. Breakfast and the evening buffet are included which is genius - ensures high take-up but it was so excellent you didn't need anything else. Staff were super-helpful and kind.
