Did not try breakfast. Only 10-15 min walk to Keukenhof. My bed was narrow but very comfortable. Close to Mall with lots of restaurant and grocery store options; bus 361 from airport to Lisse Centrum (closest stop to Hotel) was convenient, but can only pay with cc.

Shower was tight quarters; 2-8 pm arrival times may be too tight a window for some; a more cultural difference, many places only accepted cc. So, I brought too much cash in euros.

The hotel is located very near the market and the city center. Everything was in easy walking distance, including Keukenhof Gardens. There was also a bus stop nearby that could take you to the airport or the train to Amsterdam. The breakfast selection included 4 kinds of juice, scrambled eggs, bacon, poffertjes (tiny puffy pancakes), fruit, and several types of bread and cereal. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed the town of Lisse. The tulip parade was excellent fun. The parade passed by the road right next to the hotel, so there was no need to travel far to see it.

I was confused when choosing the rooms on the website for our large party. It turned out that the duplex room was large and had a large bottom floor with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, couch, and table, with a queen-size bed upstairs. The triple rooms were small but cozy, with a double bed and a single bed but no microwave or refrigerator. Both types of room were fine, though, depending on one's needs. The reception desk is only staffed between 9:30 AM and 7 PM.

This hotel has good location. Aldi is nearby. There are lots of cafes not far from the hotel. The hotel is 15 minutes walk to the park. The room was clean. There were good blanket, tea and coffee in the room. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is not perfect but ok. You won't go hungry. You can leave your luggage for free when you check out.

Unfortunately, during the checking in, we had to wait 20 minutes because they hadn't cleaned the room yet. The shower cabin in our room was very, very small. But these are small minuses because the hotel itself is very good!

The location to the Gardens was perfect. Only a few minutes drive to the parking lot at the Gardens. Near the hotel, there was city parking that was free. Bonus for us. Easy walk to the hotel from parking. The Breakfast Buffet was delicious. Lots of different items to choose from. The coffee machines were amazing. Love the selections of coffee you could have. Reminds me of a coffee house. Wonderful staffing from the front desk to the buffet area. Way to go Ladies.

There weren't any night stands on one side of the room. Pulling in devices and balancing them on the top of the headboard was a bit challenging.

the Hotel has got perfect location in the middle of the city. I experienced good service in reception.

Bathroom should have some renovation, but overall it was clean. limited kitchen tools

We stayed at the Hotel with my family! Spacious and clean rooms. There is a small kitchen where you can prepare breakfast. There is also a kettle and coffee machine. The room was warm and cozy. The hotel has an excellent location. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There is also free parking nearby.

All was good.

The hotel is the closest one you’ll find to Keukenhof, just a few minutes’ drive away, or 10 minutes’ walk. There is an Aldi in the next street, and a kebab shop round the corner, as well as many other eateries, as this hotel is very central in town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, albeit very small. But, there was a good heating system, so, on a cold night, it was just nice and cozy!

As this is a low-rise building (three storeys), there is no lift. Instead, there are steep stairs that are covered with carpeting with a confusing pattern — you have to really watch your step when going up and down! The bed was really high! We short Asian people had to apply a high-jump technique just to get on it! 😂 There were cups, but no saucers. So, we had to ask to borrow some from the dining hall.

We did not choose to pay 20 Euros for breakfast. But we liked having our self made breakfast in the common room in the basement. The restaurant in the same building had yummy food for lunch and dinner.

Our room was in the basement, so there was no way to get fresh air. The towel racks were over our heads, but people in the Netherlands are much taller than us.

Spotless clean! Great job from cleaning personnel. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

The price is high for what offers. The room needs a renovation/modernization, seems has being a while since they invest in something. A pad/ Krups coffee machine instead instant coffee, would be better , luckily we had home made coffee with us otherwise we couldn't function well 😆.

The receptionists were very kind and accommodating. The lock mechanism to the doors were practical and inventive (use of your own mobile phone). The bed and the breakfast were particularly pleasant. The queen mattress in our room gave great support. The morning meal gave a great many delicious choices. We would definitely book the place again!
