It was a lovely little oasis in the middle of nowhere, but still only 20 mins from airport and about 15 mins from the Old Town. Loved the greenery and the receptionist Hanan was very nice. The room was clean and nice. No kettle in the room though. Breakfast was exceptional, although if you were leaving early (I've booked some trips where I was picked up at 8am) you didn't have breakfast. It was made fresh, you were asked if you want tea or coffee and then 2 girls brought you breakfast to your table. If I go back to Marrakesh, I'm staying here again.

My stay at O'Loft in Marrakech was truly exceptional. The property itself is beautiful, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, but what made my experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, but Hanan stood out the most. She was always kind, warm, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her helpful nature and genuine hospitality made me feel completely at home. I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication. O'Loft is a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it, especially because of the amazing team, with Hanan being the highlight of my experience.

I loved the stunning garden view of the hotel, it was as if every wonderful piece from Marrakesh was present within it; the layout was great, the rooms were very clean, and beautiful. Mohammad was really helpful, and made our trip very pleasant. He provided me with an adaptor, which he uses personally for my phone charger as I forgot to pack one; he also arranged delivery for food once we had arrived at the hotel, as we arrived really late and their chief had gone home for the day. The staff were amazing.

I felt that the sink basin was a tad too high for us, i hope that the sink may be more accessible; I feel that the shower water pressure could be better.

The staff 🫶🏼 We really feel like we’ve found a home from home. I was travelling as a solo parent but always felt safe and well cared for. The staff are so welcoming and kind and do their best to keep everywhere clean and tidy. There was a small problem with my shower and this was fixed promptly. We can’t wait to return later in the year.

The pool was extremely cold! I didn’t mind too much but was too cold for my 3yr old. Make sure to order food in good time as food did take a little while to arrive, perhaps due to Ramadan, but was delicious!

Calm, quiet, idyllic hotel outside of marrakesh. A perfect juxtaposition to the busy streets! The breakfast was lovely and we ate here one night and the food was great. The rooms are spacious and clean with a TV and netflix. Couldn’t have asked for a better setting and WIFI was great. Although the staffs English wasn’t great, they were really kind.

There needs to be a doorbell or something so that guests aren’t locked out the property. We didn’t have 3G so couldn’t whatsapp to let them know we needed to be let in and so had to wait 30 min. When the one lady working is busy doing everything she shouldn’t be expected to always hear people knocking on the door, she was very apologetic but it wasn’t her fault should just have a better system in place.

Nice riad at a very good price, ideal if you have a car and don’t want to stay in Marrakesh center. It’s very peaceful around, no noise and you are in the Medina in 10-15 mins. Breakfast was quite nice and homey considering the daily rate although it gets repetitive after a few nights. I would add some fruits. The staff is very nice and welcoming. They helped us with renting a car and with some tips. I recommend.

The area although quiet is not very nice, there are few eating options around and you can’t really walk anywhere.

It was tricky to find o'loft, impossible without GPS Breakfast was fine - I would have liked more tea and a top for the sweet jam, honey - these got quickly covered in beas - not hygienic, nor appetizing. There was Noone on hand to give information when I arrived. The female staff are eager to please but inexperienced and language is problematic for those who don't speak dharija. Other guests told me how I could get a meal etc. The meals were delicious but the wait around 2hrs+ which made it impossible to make plans. There are local restos but, without a car, these are inaccessible for most of us. The setting is lovely, very relaxed with lots of cozy corners to enjoy.

There was no ladder at the pool making access very difficult. I stubbed my toe badly and cracked a rib trying to exit the pool. The loungers look gorgeous but are problematic for those of us with compromised mobility - they are very low.

An amazing place with an amazing decor. The owner and staff were absolutely wonderful and as welcoming as I’ve ever experienced. The staff were so sweet and were angels, providing amazing service and wonderful breakfasts daily. The location is a little far from the city square but you get a taste of the outskirts of the city and have a sense of peace and tranquility that you can’t get anywhere closer to the city. The people you encounter and the life you see around this area is a breath of fresh air compared to my stay close to the Medina

The only thing that I didn’t like was the windows (although beautiful wood design) could never fully close which means you could hear others and others could hear you. Other then that there was nothing to complain about. It’s a great location for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful stay. Perfect for families as well.

Situated outside Marrakesh centre, this gem is unexpected and really gorgeous . You do come off the main road and down a small winding road to get here but so worth it. The host Mohomed, staff and the place are really wonderful and it is an oasis of loveliness. Slightly surreal to hear sounds of sheep and birds chirping, and to see the olive grove next door, knowing you are a 10 min drive to the busy heart of Marrakesh . The breakfast is a delicious and a substantial treat of locally sourced delights and I looked forward to my wafer slim perfectly cooked omelette and gorgeous home cooked breads each morning . Food can be ordered in advance and is simple but delicious and so nice to be able to eat in at home ( no aloohol served but you can by in supermarket etc and take home ) . The pools (2) are lovely and the place is spotless. The girls working there are amazingly cheerful and hardworking. Mohomed is a true gentleman and went way above what was expected to ensure we had all we needed .

The only thing was If you come by car, great -otherwise a little dependant on taxis or public transport to get into Marrakesh centre every time and Mohomed facilitated all our transport needs by arranging a local taxi for us ( cheaper than regular taxis too) to drop and pick us up which worked very well . This is the sort of place that you want to hang by the pool and chill, and having gone into Marrakesh centre a few times during our stay which coincided with school and a bank holiday and a motor racing event I was happy just to stay at the guest house . Traffic was mad !

Booked last minute and was lucky to secure the last unit of this beautiful abode. Naima was very helpful and professional. The room is very clean and king-sized bed was so comfortable. Toilet on the other hand is rather basic but it is clean and reasonable for the price we paid. Traditional moroccan breakfast was included. Would highly recommend this place if you want to be away from the bustling medina. Be aware that taxi fares from the airport to O'loft is very costly at MAD320. O'Loft can arrange a transport for half of this rate. Thank you Naima and crew.
