My stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, I felt like a valued guest. The ambiance, the cleanliness, and the attention to detail in every corner made my experience extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond, but I must give a special mention to Islem from Guest Relations. Her warm welcome, personalized service, and constant willingness to assist made all the difference. Islem's dedication and kindness made my stay feel incredibly special. I can honestly say this hotel offers one of the best experiences I've ever had, and I will absolutely return. Highly recommend!

The whole experience of a resort and water park was brilliant. The facility and management of everything were great. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was great with easy access to restaurants on both ends. The water park and the swimming pool were very clean with the constant presence of life guards. The staff was very friendly with our kids the whole time and they kept them busy with different activities. The breakfast at the hotel was great, too, with a variety of fresh food. Great hotel with great staff.

No kettle in the room, so had to go and ask every time for tea. It would have been very helpful if they provided a kettle in the room. The bathroom door could not be locked or closed at all. With young kids, it was difficult to ensure the privacy was there, especially for my wife. We did complain on the first day, and the hotel said it would be fixed on the second day but no resolution. We did not bother saying again on the third day as we were just there for 5 days in total. Also, the pillows provided were very thick so we had to use a blanket rolled over so our necks would not break. I wish we had options of pillows from thin to thick. Other than this, everything was brilliant, with no major complaints.

This hotel boasts a great location, excellent staff, and great food, making for a comfortable stay overall. However, a few issues detracted from the experience. The bathroom sink drains were clogged, causing water to drain very slowly and resulting in an unpleasant smell. I had to keep the windows open constantly to combat the odor. For an all-inclusive booking, I was surprised to find no complimentary water bottles in the room, nor any tea-making facilities like a kettle. These basic amenities would have significantly improved my stay

The pool is nice , quite big and never too crowded. The hotel is a short taxi ride away from the main square. The pool bar has a ok selection of drinks for example coffee, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Staff were nice and helpful. AC works fine and keeps the room cool even when the outdoor temps reached +36C ( 97F). Food selection was good. With all inclusive you get breakfast, lunch, and dinner it was nice to get bottled water to the room. We booked an old town whole day tour trough the hotel, which was so worth it.

Food selection was good. However, it was difficult that allergens weren’t marked very well especially for gluten free. Spoons tend to run out quite fast at lunch and dinner. They had yogurt , but no cups for it. Lines can be sometimes long for the pasta and wok selection.

The two restaurants in the hotel grounds were awful, no choice of foods and a lot of the food was taken from the main restaurant, we didn’t enjoy either of them.

Great hotel, loved there aqua park, my son loved the slides a proper bonus in a hotel so close to the centre of Marrakech.

The only thing was the outside bar, service was quite slow at times. Also when dining there wasn’t an option to have a drink from the bar only water or wine. Also the air conditioning was not working 100% it wasn’t that much of an issue as it was February but would imagine it would be horrendous in the summer months.

aqua park, spa and food was amazing

the first 2 night we were put in room on 2nd floor above their nightclub “jetset” and my wife was not able to sleep from 2:00 to 6:00 with the partying from the niteclub. After that we were moved to a quiet room and all of us slept great!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Labranda Rose Aqua Parc. There are numerous positive aspects such as clean rooms, exceptional customer service, and exemplary care, along with a well-maintained reception area. The pools are exceptionally impressive.

The shortcomings include the phone charging ports, as you are aware, you will encounter different countries. It would be prudent to install USB and C-type charging ports. Furthermore, there is no iron in your hotel.

The service from the moment we entered the hotel was great, they were very helpful and pointed out the local attractions and how to get there. During the stay the room was clean and room service was also excellent. This was my second time staying at this hotel.

Last time I stayed I used the indoor pool and thought could do the same as it was listed in the facilities but when I got there they stated it was only for spa users or if I pay I can use it.

Staff are very freindly 🙂 . Want to thank all staff at the reception specially Khalid for all his help and kindness to myself we were very happy with the help he provided us with 🙂 especially that morning when i’m leaving 👍, and the lifeguard at the pool was very helpful and kind to my daughter he explained everything to her about the safety of the slides and she was happy with what he told her 👍
