e. We had a special appreciation for the talented chef who prepared delicious omelettes for us daily – her culinary skills were outstanding. Additionally, our housekeeper, Ghazala, was not only friendly but also an absolute delight; she ensured our room was impeccably cleaned throughout our entire stay. During this time, we had the pleasure of indulging in a wide array of delectable dishes and desserts, making it difficult to choose from such a variety of culinary delights. Every aspect of our stay, from the food to the service, was nothing short of amazing.

The pool area is overcrowded, people ignore sign of no reservation of sunbeds leaving your towel on, chaos during meal time, no food signs and what contained, most of activities, entertainment and communication in French, lack of English, if you request something they will say yes but you won't get what you asked for 🙂, cleaning room is superficial, just tidy up the beds. The private beach is quite far, they provide only sunbeds and umbrella, there are no facilities (toilet, bar, etc).

The staff were so friendly, the animation team were very good, glad they started doing more things in English , rather than all French, during the second week of our stay. The food was excellent everyday, however always very very busy in dining areas, but that wasn't a problem as always enough selection of foods. There were not enough sunbeds or umbrellas around the main pool, sunbeds rather shabby and could have been cleaned more regularly, a battle most mornings to get a sunbed and even worse if you wanted one in the shade (not enough umbrellas) The so called Private beach area was a short walking distance, (really a trek) from the hotel and not the best. sunbeds and umbrellas could have been better The public areas within the hotel were tired and in need of attention, the public toilet areas in the hotel not always as clean as you would want, but when this was highlighted to staff sorted quickly

Cleaning was done in very nice way, with surprises left. Good scope of service.

The shower head was nailed to the wall and the water was pulsating, hot and cold.

Dinner was a bit hit and miss Drinks could have been served in nicer glasses with a slice of lemon Would have liked a cocktail in a cocktail glass instead of a half pint glass. Would have been good to have a set of draws in the room

Location (near to the beach), good price-quality relation, staff (many employees don't speak english, but they try to help and are very friendly), animation team, excellent pools.

Meals with a lot of variety but little international, the hotel has no elevator and we stayed on the 3rd floor. Although we had all-inclusive, there are times when it is not possible to eat anything.

The facilities this included swimming pool, gym, outdoor facilities, daytime entertainment, buffet food choice and daily variety, spacious, access to beach and private safe sunbed at the beach, short walk to centre and the rooms and staff were great.👌

Only lacked evening entertainment to my liking, but this wasn't an issue for the family and did not dampen our holiday. Great break.👍

Was very noisy on one night, but that was outside the complex .Food was plenty, but not always to my liking, though I.am a fussy eater you would never go hungry though.

Stylish with plenty facilities and very hospitable staff, everything included really meant it even the whiskey and the choice of food was excellent, heated pool

Some areas needs an update/refresh - which to be fair to the hotel it looked like has started and was ongoing.
