The breakfast was basic but good. Eggs, fruit, toast and jelly. Coffee was excellent. We rented a car and were able to park it on the street next to the hotel without any problems. The location of this hotel is excellent. We could walk to some really nice restaurants and the water and main street was just a few blocks down the road. There were some really nice beaches withing walking distance as well. Al Aldea restaurant and the beach by it was especially nice. The snorkeling was excellent here. Go right from the dock and head towards the white pier. Very nice snorkel.

We wished there was a mini frig in our room. We did end up finding a nice cooler at the local market, but a mini frig would have been great. The pool and garden area was very pretty and clean, but the water temperature in the pool was very cold. We could only swim for a few minutes. Would be great if it could be a little warmer.

Basically every thing and every one is very supportive. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I have stayed many times for 1-2week each time. Really appreciate the pool. 10-15 minute walk to town, or Soriana supermarket or Cafe de Isla. Only one block to 30th ave to hail 35-40 peso moto taxi for cheap in town transportation.

2 points to consider to improve our stay 1. Since many people dive early, would ask the night shift to make the coffee so it is ready by 6:30-7am. Often it is made 7:30-8am which is too late. 2. It would be nice to have small coffee pots and small refrigerators in at least some rooms as an option.

This hotel is perfect for what I needed it for. It was close enough to the main strip of Cozumel but not so close that I felt inundated by the rest of the tourists in the area. As a New Yorker I walk everywhere so being a few blocks from the water was not a problem and the staff was helpful in helping us find whatever we need. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable which was the most important for us after coming out of a jungle camping experience inland.

The only problem that I had was that the outlets in my room were a bit finicky. I would go to charge my phone only to come back later and find that outlet was not working and my phone did not charge. This was really only a minor problem and nothing that would keep me from staying at this hotel again.

Friendly staff (let them call you a taxi and discuss the price, in that way you don't get ripped off by local taxis), early check-in was possible, luggage storage. Spacious and clean rooms. Supermarket (24/7) around the corner.

No fridge, took a long time for AC to cool down the room, room is big but lacks facilities, shower did not reach temperature all the time. We underestimated the distance to the centre of cozumel. Especially with luggage, please take a taxi from the ferries. There are also few restaurants nearby.

The rooms are spacious, emplyoees are kind and we also have free access to a beach club(but you need to take 30 min taxi). Good AC, confortable beds

The breakfast consists only of scrambled eggs, beans, toast, a very melted butter, strawberry jam and sometimes fruit. Ione juice and coffee. If the butter was kept in the fridge and maybe there was fresh bread, or dinner variation between the days it would be great. They have a water fountain, but it's from temperature (so, 30+ degrees). There's no frigobar, but the receptionist was kind and let me use their fridge to cool some water (it hits up on the 15 min walk from the city to the hotel)

This was a great little hotel with excellent staff! A great little Italian restaurant a few blocks away with an OXXO close by.

The ONLY reason I would not stay here again is the internet was on and off and I stayed there to work after the port closed for diving, so I had to pay for extra to use my hot spot, and it's the opposite direction from the marina. But a great place, VERY nice staff. I would stay here again, especially if you just want to be in town or only to marina 1 or 2 days.

Clean, cute, walkable, very kind staff, water available in lobby, smart TV and fast internet, plenty of seating around the pool, well lit at night, safe, just good vibes.

We loved the place, but the beds are hard and the noise from the road can be heard from some rooms in the morning. Neither the beds nor the noise bothered us enough to decrease our rating. We still slept well enough and enjoyed our stay greatly.

Everything was great, quiet environment, clean rooms, friendly staff great location. Overall was a great location and the pool was absolutely fabulous. I would absolutely stay there again when I return

THe only complaint I have is that the breakfast was the same everyday. It would have been nice to have a little variety. The breakfast would be good for a day or 2 but after 5 days it was dull and not plentiful. Some sausage or bacon would have been nice to go with the spanish eggs. NOt everyone likes onion in their eggs and there was no alternative. Some cereal would have been great.

The hotel is very nice with a cute pool. The room was big enough for 2 people, the bathroom quite small. 2 comfortable beds. 15 min walking from the pier and the city center but if you don't like walking taxis are quite cheap.

No hot water in the shower. Very poor breakfast and low quality. The chairs at the pool very uncomfortable. There is a closet in the room but no shelves or something to put your stuff so it's useless. As it is a quite new hotel, I hope they can learn from the clients' reviews and make some things better. The place has a very good potential.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the AC and WiFi worked well. The pool was also nice. The breakfast was very simple - eggs, beans, fruit, coffee, but totally fine. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. You get free entrance to the Playa UVAs beach club if you stay here which saves the $15 entrance fee and the beach club is great.

The water pressure in the shower was not strong. There is not a safe in the room.
