The room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady was very nice.

1. Personnel didn't care abaut our needs, the don't accept cash to buy a coke, it has to be with a card, since they don't have money to give you back. 2. Our room 417 did not have a microwave and we specifically booked this hotel, so I could heat water for my teas. 3. At Reception Desk, Rafael told us that breakfast is served from 6 to 10:30 am and in the restaurant, they said it is from 6 to 9,and at 9 they charge you if you want to have breakfast. It's a pitty that a Hotel backed - up by Marriott Bonvoy is giving the guests these experiences...very disappointing.

We picked this hotel because they advertised a free shuttle. We called the hotel from the airport. We waited for 30 minutes outside to be picked up. When we checked in, we reserved our shuttle back to the airport for the next morning. It was on time. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and clean. We were tired as we had been traveling all day and were connecting the next morning. We slept only 4 hours.

There were no towels. I tried to call the front desk. The room phone didn't work. I took a shower anyway and used the floor mat to dry off. There was no hot water. The temperature of the shower was cold or very cold. I went back downstairs to get towels for my wife, they gave me two pool towels. Which were nice but no wash rags or hand towels given. For such a fancy hotel and price, I expected more. The staff ignored us when we arrived. Four employees behind the counter, were busy but not attentive to us. Didn't even greet us or say hello. I wouldn't stay here again. I think it's a management / employee problem otherwise our stay would have been excellent.

The room was spacious and comfortable ( plenty of pillows). The staff was engaging and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of fresh foods that covered different levels of comfort.

The booking website had the wrong address listed (verify the address on google maps before you order a ride), which in turn had me stranded on the side of the road 15 minutes away from the actual hotel, please make sure your address is updated on sites you use for bookings. No ice bucket in my room, dishes in the cabinet were chipped or dirty.

Hotel facilities where ok and the staff was very friendly

When leaving, there was an issue with the transportation to the airport. Even though I wast told at the front desk that next bus will pick me and my family up, it turned out that there was a list the driver was managing but the front desk lady was not aware of. I was told after that, same bus is shared between the two hotels, Suites and Plus. In the end, the manager handled the situation requesting another car for us.

I was met by wonderful staff Enrico who accompanied me to my room to ensure I was pleased and got me a requested coffee pot. The suite was very clean and the bed comfortable. Staff the next morning were pleasant. The breakfast was substantial..a good mix of cereals, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries The free shuttle to the airport was only an 8 minute drive. The swimming pool looked lovely although I did not have time to use it. Some rooms in the hotel were not available due to plumbing problems but it appeared as though those issues were being dealt with.

The hotel is very pleasant, good for an overnight stay near the airport. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with kitchen facilities. Good (cold) breakfast buffet.

The restaurant (for lunch and dinner) has a limited menu. The free shuttle van to the airport is scheduled every hour, and reservations must be made at check in. When I did this, I was told that all vans for the following morning were full, and they could find us a taxi for 650 pesos (about $38) for the 5km trip. After protest, they scheduled an extra van for us on the half hour. I would have liked to see more flexibility with scheduling in the first place, and my unpleasant experience could have been avoided.

The pool and facilities were fabulous. The room was well equipped.

We stayed here specifically to take the free airport shuttle to catch our flight in the morning. We were contacted after booking to see if we needed a shuttle to the hotel from the airport. I told the staff member no we needed one going to the airport. I was instructed to schedule it on arrival. We arrived at the property to find that all the shuttles were booked and the only option they had was forbus to book a taxi for 27 USD for the following morning. Of note we had just taken a taxi for 27 usd for about 15 miles. The airport was 3 miles away.

Room semi clean. Couch had dirty stains on it that could have been cleaned. Shower water somehow came out all the way outside door into washing sink area. Desk lady could be a little friendlier. Had to pay an additional $30 for early check in when they had plenty of rooms to spare.

Hotel is affordable for families. At a great value, it offered us everything for a quick overnight before our flight back to the States. Breakfast, pool, outdoor showers, restaurant, proximity to airport, free shuttle, exercise room, pool table, and multiple lounging areas — wow! The room layout is ideal and practical for a family, spacious yet somehow fit everything - a sink area separated from toilet and shower, shampoo and conditioner, closet, sofa bed, coffee table, desk, even a kitchenette with complimentary drinking water! Everything was super clean, well lit, and expressed modern lines. The hotel boasts an adorable pool area complete with bar, cabanas, ample lounging chairs, towels, stringed lights, customized deck, and beautiful landscaping. The kids enjoyed night swimming under the lights and stars and watching the airplanes pass over. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Breakfast was included — a typical light continental menu that was colorfully presented and satiated us before our flight. With Mexican flair, it included both orange juice and cactus juice, a fresh fruit medley (sliced papaya, pineapple, and melon, and bananas and apples) and various toppings! Although the buffet was self serve, an attentive staff member made his rounds to wait on everyone anyway. Tables were formally set up with nice plateware and eating utensils ready to receive diners. I feel Americans can learn much from Mexican hospitality. The designer of this airport hotel was very purposeful and created an impressive, hidden oasis in the middle of the city - bravo! This place well exceeded my expectations. It made the perfect last hurrah on our final evening in Mexico. We will definitely return if we fly into Cancun again.

Hot shower water, at least in our unit, took a while to engage, but persist! Shower door design allowed water to leak outside a bit so we laid down a few layers of used towels to keep that area dry. These minor issues did not stop us from rating this hotel with highest marks.

The hotel is great and the price I've paid is pretty fair. The restaurant is ok (very small selection), and I did not try the overall amenities. But the room is pretty good.

The transfer was a mess on my way in. After arriving at Terminal 2 I had to go to Terminal 3 since they explained it was the only pick-up location. Upon arriving at the Transfer Parking Slot #30, there was no one from the hotel transfer. After waiting for a whole hour, I paid $20 for anyone to drop me at the hotel (very close to the airport btw).
