Location is great! The MetroBus station is just across the street which is great and very convenient.

That they don't have the option of not changing bedsheets everyday on long stays. We actually had to leave a note requesting sheets not be changed daily.

Very nice hotel for the money. Room was nice, good water pressure in the shower. Great restaurant in the hotel with good prices. The meals I ordered were very good.

My room was on the street so lots of street noise.

The hotel is in a good location, and the rooms are clean - great value for the money!

The air-conditioner did not work the first evening, which made it difficult to sleep as the room itself was very stuffy and hot. The safe was confusing to use, but worked fine after the front desk explained to use how to use it.

Comfy beds, good hot water, spacious room. Wifi worked fine. Walking distance to great neighborhoods, restaurants, bars, and parks.

I couldn't get the air conditioning to work, but it wasn't terribly hot.

The amount to pay, shown on the application doesn't shows the right one, you have to pay an extra fee coming from Booking as the app and confirmation email only shows you the amount to pay if you reserve directly to the hotel.

Location is good! all facility is good, but A/C couldn't use this time. room is good and sower is very good, hot water and shower head

I think almost fine, if you use A/C you need pay deposit. in this time we didn't use A/C

The place is in an excellent location and also the facilities are really good, we do love our stay there. We'll definitely reserve again.

The key stopped working every time that the room got clean, so we had to go to the lobby for it's activation on every night

Internet services is not efficient, we really need it and Only suggest it will be great to have coffee machine as most hotels .

Restaurant at the Hotel, very slow service, very bad food taste. You should change your staff,. Sorry but the food was flavorless, seems to be than the chef does not like to work as a chef, it's a shame.

Everything! The staff was extremely accomodating, facilites were wonderful and the food (both room service and restaurant) beyond delicious!!!

I would only advise to verify payment before trying to charge (double) a guest card and check internet. It was too slow and cutting while we were trying to watch TV.
