The closeness to airport, the shuttle service to airport and I really liked that the hotel is in a closed areas with restaurants available to eat without leaving the closed area. This last factor was decisive over other options

In my room, the shower didn’t work, but the tub faucet did, so, because was too late and wanted to take a shower quickly and sleep as much as I was able to, decided to not report to reception. But I suggest hotel, check all those details, before releasing the room to customer, since, like in my case you arrive there to wait for a flight and you want to be able to rest without hiccups.

Nice clean towels, including a facecloth. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very quiet. When my air conditioning didn’t work at first, they promptly sent someone to check, and he had it working quickly. The room temperature was very comfortable for sleeping.

For breakfast, the scrambled eggs had chopped ham luncheon meat. I would much prefer just plain eggs to be available.

The a/c in the room was not constant in temperature. It was automatic, but in the night is not comfortable because it starts, get it cold, then stops, the room gets too hot and then the ac starts again. Although the bed was so comfortable, I couldn’t enjoy it because of the extreme variable ac temperature. You should get inverters with sleep mode. Room 702

The breakfast was very good. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. They even tried to help us English speakers order pizza to be delivered! The shuttle driver stepped up and helped us communicate with a taxi driver. The room and facilities were clean.

The coffee maker in the room did not work well.

All great. Glad for the lone bench out front to wait for the nice shuttle and love the court with the other hotel and restaurants even though you have to go off site to enjoy good Guadalajaran fare.

Quiet hotel in general, close to airport, goof parking, and decent location (not scary), next to a couple of restaurants.

Breakfast starts too late for people who fly earlier than 6 or 7 am. There are zero options or to-go bags for such guests, even though the meal is included in the room price.

Check in quick, Wi-Fi works well, and room very comfortable. We didn’t have the breakfast as we left very early for the flight. The nearest restaurants are Denny’s and Chilli’s right outside the door and there’s a 7/11 convenience store a 10 minute walk towards Guadalajara. There is also a nearby park if you fancy some exercise. There’s no fridge in the room but an ice bucket is provided and there’s a machine on the ground floor. Airport is 15 minutes by free shuttle which starts at 4am and goes every 30 minutes and worked well for us. We were also having a problem with a booking for El Chepe Train in Los Mochis. We don’t speak the language but we explained our problem to one of the reception guys who spoke excellent English. He picked up the phone and it was all sorted. Good breakfast. They let us leave luggage because we arrived very early.

Everything was fine. We didn’t know that we should have booked the airport shuttle before we arrived at the airport.

The property was very nice! It was in a great and convenient location. The staff was excellent; answering all of our questions and calling taxis for us! We loved the breakfast and happy hour!

I have no complaints about the property.

From Start to finish, the staff and check in was 5 star. I had to get a covid test at GDL international and it proved to be the best choice for the location. Overall this staff was excellent, the cleaning service was excellent, and my trip to mexico was made easy for my return trip to SFO. Food for the breakfast was great and the service people were excellent too. Because I spoke spanish, I was able to get a little more from people like the food service as well as the cleaning service. I must say that the overall service was great and even when we had to check out, it went smooth and we arrived at the airport a little early and sat there and said, oh well only 3 hours to our flight outside. Even the security at GDL international was better than the security coming into Houston airport. I will avoid Houston at ALL costs. That was a third world airport and the overall Houston experience, well I was Robbed by TSA. So enough said.
