The staff were incredibly cordial. Polite. Concerned with their guests. An employee knocked on my door one morning to check on me. I was in the shower and missed two calls from the main desk. The guy seemed genuinely concerned when I didn't answer the calls, so he made the effort to ensure I was ok. Class act these people. The beds were super comfortable. The maids were effective and efficient.

Traffic was a bit noisy and the water pressure in the shower was weak.

Amazing place super clean everyone was super helpful and friendly. They provide everything you possibly need. The area is great very safe and clean. They have a restaurant located inside if the options aren't to your liking ask receptionist and they give you options of close by restaurants that deliver. If you are not phone savvy they have taxi services there. They did exceptional 👏 🙌 Bravo! Definitely bringing myself and my kids again. Forgot to mention it's about 10-15mins away from el centro if you love to shop or want to explore.

ALL WAS VERY ACCEPTABLE,!!!! GOOD LOCATION NEAR FROM THE TRAIN STATION AND SOME RESTAURANTS.

THE THING IS THE AROMA THAT THE LAVATORY OF THE ROOM .....WE HAVE TO PUT SOMETHING TO COVER THEN THAT WAY THE STINKY ODOR STOP.....

The room was spacious and it was easy to stay cool without the AC unit. The bathroom was very large. The bed was very clean and comfortable. TV in the bedroom was large and nice. The restaurant was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to get an airport taxi directly to the hotel, and the hotel helped me book a taxi back to the airport.

Good sized room, immaculately clean and maintained. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Nothing, except some required guidance for one or two guests who slammed their doors and were very rowdy late at night, with no consideration for other guests and prevented them sleeping with all their noise.

All completely good ,confortable and the restaurant very good !!and all the people very nice, the receptionists , bellboys, maids and the waiter and cooks all are so kind people!!.thank u a lot!

There was a lot of hair stuck to the wall of the bathtub. I had to remove them with paper so that my daughter could bathe. Outside of that, everything was fine.

I liked how close it was the several attractions. I also really enjoyed the pool. The pool also needs an updated life saver.

They place needs some serious updating. Several items like the curtains, lamp covers, and walls were stained. The place wasn’t gross but it wasn’t clean.

All the Staff are very friendly. Excellent location. Good a/c in the bedroom. Roomy suites. Excellent price.

Difficult to contact front desk by phone. Bad restaurant service, and don't clean the tables after customers leave. No coffee maker in the rooms.

Should advise renters of suites that they need to order equipment at desk via a deposit. No published information for this rather essential info. Microwave is available but plates, cutlery and other facilities are available if guests only know.

Staff is always very good & professional

The shower water will get cold very quickly, of course the staff. Was very helpful fixing the problem, but the water continued to get cold to sion. Other that. We always enjoyed our stay in the hotel.
