Breakfast very good. Location on the marina very inspiring. Location in relationship to the Boardwalk was good. Furniture in room was positive and inspiring. We stayed in one of the Luxury Suites, and would do so again. But message we left through Booking.com, in Spanish, did not result in a request to have an upper floor where we would have had a gorgeous view. Somehow the front desk staff never saw this message. They were able to access it when we identified it. With other Booking.com communications with hotels this year, we got responses within 24 hours of the message. Good security on property. Clientele similar to our interests and experiences.

Very noisy people above us constantly moving furniture. The 2nd night we called front desk on this, but it took 30 min or more for these squeeky scraping noises to stop. We cannot imagine what they were doing up there, unless children were having races with moving furniture. But we don't even know if there were any children although we thought we heard some at some point. Management should have insisted this stop much much faster.

Hotel was great, breakfast options were plentiful. Room was massive, with a balcony overlooking the Marina, so got a spectacular sun set every day. Staff super friendly. Had an excellent massage in the spa also.

Lift was a bit slow. It’s a bit far for an everyday walk into town/city centre ( though plenty of options near the hotel) and an uber is about 3gbp and you can rent bikes close by, if preferred to taxi Could not get Netflix to load on the smart TV, but otherwise a perfect stay.

Clean the staff was awesome very respectful

At the side of the restaurant outside there’s a Bar the guy there was very rude and racist with his own people or women. His name is Chandon or Shadow something like that we got the owner number Mrs. Ramos but she never answered us. 1st. We got there Sunday February 11 we wanted to watch the Super Bowl there was 2 seat available the bar tender claim they were taken. But according to the customers next to seat on both side assured us they were available. Unpleasant bar experience.

The location is wonderful. The parking lot is secure, you are away from the busy streets of La Paz. Beautiful marina, its fun to look at all the yachts .

The hotel needs updating. The doors are very beat up. The furniture look tattered. The price does not reflect the room.

Waterfront with beautiful sunsets

Booking.com’s inaccurate description of the property states that they have Select Comfort beds. The bed was extremely hard.

I really enjoyed the buffet for breakfast. Señor Manuel was extremely helpful, great service, attentive, the food was delicious, not to mention the Cafe de olla. Safe , secure, van service to downtown.

The lights went out several times, I didn't get to enjoy the hot pool. Also no donut yourself laundry service.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and the room service was amazing each day to come back to a clean room with new towels, etc.

There wasn't anything I really didn't like, but next time we would get a bigger room. a little cramped this time for the two of us.

Love the location to the Guru Dive shop

Wish there was a dresser or more closet space. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and didn’t have anywhere to put our clothes. I love to stay organized and felt a little messy.

Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice little bar. Big clean pool. Great views from the room. The property is older the interior of the rooms were remodeled.

Big room but shower very tiny.

The location was good for the boat marina but a very long walk into town center. The breakfast was mainly Mexican dishes but they did have cereal, toast and eggs as an option. The hotel hotel did have a very good restaurant and bar with good food.

The pool and hot tub was under construction on our stay and it was very noisy and dusty from 8am to 6pm.
