The location is good, the building is pretty small but the room was spacious enough and clean with daily cleaning servise.

The communication with the host was good and smooth prior to our stay but during our stay they were not quite reachable. They should be availabe all day at least for luggage storage and late check out topics.

Spacious and pleasant room. Queen plus a single bed which was handy for putting things on, especially for our longer stay of 4 nights. Beds v comfortable and we slept well. Small balcony which meant we could open the window door fully. Bathroom v small and tight but ok. Location excellent for ferry and frequent buses to Valletta (stop at the end of the street), and plenty of restaurants, shops etc along the main esplanade street 2 blocks away.

The hairdryer was close to hopeless. Very weak and didn't heat up much so took ages to dry my short and fine hair. Noise from 6.30/7 due to a very large building construction straight across the road. One day we wanted to have a slow morning and it annoyed us, but other days when we went out it wasn't an issue. The work finished around 6 so not an issue at night either. It is also nearly finished. The shower head had to be held or else it would fly around spraying water over the shower door ontothe basin and floor.

It’s close to everything, shops, bus stops, and sight seeing places. The hotel room is clean and cozy.

There’s a huge construction in front of it. But doesn’t really matter to us coz we were usually out during the day and there were no ongoing construction during the night. Just one thing that we didn’t like. We have verbally told the reception to clean our room and confirmed that they will but they didn’t clean it up. And next day we told them “not” to clean and got a confirmation that they’ll not- but they do cleaned it up. Otherwise, all went well.

Location is very good, connected with public transport to all vital points.

At this moment, construction work is nearby. During the working hours is quite noisy.

It’s a small hotel in the very centre of Sliema, apprx 3 minutes of walk from the shore where also all the restaurants are located. And it’s also very close to the Sliema Ferry, if you’re considering taking a boat trip. It’s also close to the small grocery stores and even to the store where you can buy a SIM card, which is cheaper than at the airport. The location is overall perfect and safe. The room isn’t big but has everything you need for your comfortable stay. It was cleaned every day, the towels and sheets were changed every day too. The hair dryer is provided. The windows are soundproof, so there was no noise.

Great location, easy to navigate. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great price. If your looking for luxury not the place. Comfortable beds. If you want value and comfort this is the place for you close to restaurants, waterfront, bus stop and shopping.

Due to the fact Malta's water is not drinkable unless the site has a filtration system we had to provide our own water. It was not clear if this location had a water filtration system. Not enough toilet paper for 3 people. We had to purchase extra. Construction across the road.

The room was quite large, bathroom was also very big. The location is excellent, the bus stop is nearby, Silema ferries is 1 km away, a lot of cafes, restaurants are around the place. It was very convenient to get to Valetta by bus or by ferry.

The room has only a balcony door, which leads to the inner "pit" and you see only walls, so it is quite dark in the room. but we spend all day till late evenings outside, so this was not a big problem. But the black mold on the bathroom walls was bothering.

The suite is clean and very spacious. The shower area is really nice, I was able to relax after a long day of tour. The bed is also very soft and comfortable. There are a lot of storage area inside the room as well. Check in and check out was also easy as instructed by the host.

Only thing is that there is a hotel construction across the boutique so it was very noisy in the morning. I wanted to get more sleep but around seven to eight in the morning, they start with the drilling, etc.

Comfortable bed, quiet area and clean facilities. Close to a bus station with a lot of bus lines taking to the central station in Valletta.

It seems there was some leakage through the bathroom ceiling, maybe from the bathroom above. It didn't disrupt our stay much other than a bit of a wet bathroom floor. The shower was a bit patched up with tape but it was functional.

The location is great (close to supermarkets, restaurants and bay / 20 minutes away from Balluta Bay). The apartment is not that big but has a balcony and is equipped with everything that is needed (an air conditioner, a fridge, a tv and a hair dryer).

Had the issue with the shower but it was quickly resolved.
