The location of this hotel is very central. Many of the places are within a 10 min drive. It is near the famous Cheong Cia Gong Pian, also near the famous chendol in Sitiawan. For family travelling to Sitiawan, this is a good place to stay. Though you can park free in the hotel based on first come first served basis, there is ample paid coupon parking space around the hotel. Parking rates are reasonable. They have hot water, normal temp water and cold water facilities, ironing room and the family room which I stayed in is very spacious. It is overall a very good place to stay if you are coming to Sitiawan. Do take note payment is done on the day of checking in. E-wallets are acceptable too.

Value for money. Free parking but subject to availability. Close proximity to many eateries but walking might be less comfortable due to the weather & less foot path. Most people drive or ride a motorbike. Spacious room but cleanliness can be improved. Overall satisfied for it's value.

The room was very comfortable and spacious for our whole family. Most importantly we honour the working staff of the hotel on their kindness in calling me immediately after our check out on the purse that we have left behind before we left. The staff is friendly. The room is large. Can accommodate 5-6 adults. The beds are comfortable and clean The bathroom also big. Everything is perfect just like the pictures shown in website. Every floor has water dispenser. Location is good too.

Only has 8 parking lot in the hotel car park. But can park outside after 6pm for free.

The additional lock for the door was broken. It’s the second time in like 18 months we stayed at this hotel. The first time the lock was also broken and we got it repaired. This time we had no time to wait for the repair. I think the hotel should pay attention to such safety details. If I were alone I would not book this hotel.

Great location, plenty of parking surround the hotel. nearby having many restaurant for food, pharmacy, bank, 7-11 cafe etc. most important is this hotel consider quiet not direct next main street which help to have a good sleep at night

The hotel situated in an very strategic location. The room was big. With nice beds. The hall too was nice. Air conditioner was very good.

The bathroom was little smaller (the one I stayed). Some extra hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom would have been nice. The hall floor was little dusty.

Very clean and spacious room, beds are comfortable and the shower is well heated. The hotel has its own covered carpark (limited) and there is also ample parking around the hotel block. The receptionists are attentive and helpful. Overall, a pleasant and affordable stay 🙂

The receptionist malay lady is very nice and welcoming. Thank you for your hospitality. She helped us with some information about the area. We stayed in the family room for 5 adults. Very clean room with a modern interior. Toiletries and toothbrushes are provided. Air con and wifi are all good. However the water heater is not hot. Please check on that. Other than that, i would definitely stay there again.

Location is great, food options near even at night. Also had pharmacy, clinic, convenience store right by the side of the hotel. No bed bugs this time, clean enough, water provided.. one of the best hotel in Sitiawan.
