Staff were all very friendly and willing to help.

At 5:30pm, that is 2 hours past check-in, room was not ready. Upon entering, 1 toilet was now washed, there were urine splatters on the toilet bowl & the toilet floor.

Love the peaceful ambience of this resort. The petting zoo was the children's favourite. We used the karaoke facilities and it was great! The adult's pool was also a hot favourite in this trip. Love how responsive the staff are when we request for help. Eventhough we had to change rooms the first night because the aircon was mot cold enough, but the staff attended to the problems quickly and smoothly.

Front office staff need to be more efficient. Our check in was delayed for 2 hours and they almost forgotten about us. Many others who came later than us manage to get a room but we were kept waiting. Had to enquire multiple times about our rooms but was told to wait. Finally after approaching a concierge staff,we finally got our rooms. The lobby could do with stronger fans. As the weather can be quite hot and humid in PD, it was quite uncomfortable to wait for our rooms to be ready at the lobby. Especially when your check in is delayed. Breakfast was so so. The breakfast place was a bit squeezy.

Beautiful scenery and resort, rustic looking and surrounded by greenery. Easy access of beach from private area. Room was spacious and had a day bed for children to relax, etc. The receptionist and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful and tried to help to the best of their ability.

The garden chalet did not have access to wifi at all, and mobile connection to 3G or 4G was very poor as well. Smart TV provided but without wifi, it was basically unused. Hotel furnishings quite old and needs updating. Sheets had stains, etc. Hotel badly needs updating, there were no extra electric plug in the room. There were only 3 working electric plugs in the room and 2 were used for lamps, 1 for the kettle. We had to switch off the lamps every time we want to charge the phone / tablets, etc.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We requested an upgrade to a sea-view room, and the staff kindly arranged a beautiful room with an amazing view for us. The next day, the air conditioner started leaking, but the staff responded quickly and efficiently, and moved us to another very comfortable room right away. We truly appreciated their warm service and professionalism, especially at the front desk. It made our stay so much more enjoyable and worry-free. We’ll definitely stay here again next time — highly recommended!

Location is good and many activities to do in the resort. I like the water chalet, room is spacious and clean. Enough pillows and good range of toiletries given.

Was given a water chalet facing the beach although we paid for Premium Water chalet. This was quickly rectified after we complained. The beach should be clean up and weeded so that guests have more beach space. Not enough bath mat after room cleaning and no effort to replace

I love the bed that faced beside the window because can enjoy the sea and sunset but wish can get room with more clearer view of the sunset. Quite a clean room and we loveee the bathroom area. It's soo spacious and love the concept luckily the day we stay, there's no rain, hehe

The tv location is not a big deal, just that my husband commented that the tv placed was not centred. Avi lounge only for adults sadly we got free package high tea but couldn't go because we're with our daughter. Maybe next time we will be coming only both of us in future!

I really liked the location, design of the place and in general everything was really nice! Massage in the spa was very lovely!

Although there were some things to improve around the place, but it didn't bother me at all. When I arrived place where phone is was wet from the rain and it was pouring water from the phone and I couldn't call reception, but it was fine, I went to the reception myself.

The room is spacious. The bed and the daybed are very comfortable. Love the bathroom... very unique and big. Since we stayed at the premier water chalet, we had a great view of the sea. The food at the coffee house were good and tasty. I like the breakfast spread. Avi spa is another plus point for me. I would come back just to have a massage. The therapists were very professional, polite and friendly. The spoke very well both in English and Malay. Hafidz at the Avillon tower was very helpful and courteous. He helped to take pictures of the guests without any hesitation. the variety of snacks offered were also great!

The only thing that bothers me was that some people were allowed to swim at the adult pool in their t-shirts and pants without showering first. Those in-charged must enforce the rules that only the swimming attire as indicated on the sign board are allowed to be worn before they can swim in the pool.

1st day I stay aircond not function very well. I inform to fo n send maint to come n check. After that maint said aircond problem n need to changing room. But the proses need to waiting changing room almost 4hours. But everything still was ok. Only u must faster soft the problem from our guest.
