The check-in and out is very unusual and bad. You can't check out before 9 am and also you can check-in after 6 pm.

The room is clean.

The visitor parking need to register every 4 hours. Its a little bit troublesome for us.

The host was friendly and I loved the apartment, it was really modern, clean and smelled good. It looked exactly like in the pictures. The hotel stuff was friendly, the pool was amazing and the gym had a lot of equipments.

No one cleaned the apartment during the stay (1 Week), so we even had to bring out the trash, because the trash bin was full. A couple of things like soap were missing. The elevator was horrible in the mornings. One time we had to wait 40mins!

I make last minute booking , and the staff very good and friendly to me . The appartment very beautiful and the bed very comfortable . I will repeat again to stay here . Act i already book again for new year date to stay here . Worth money and for the parking also very easy and safety . So i love everything . To staff who handle me that day , Thnkyou for being nice to me , you're awesome .

I stayed 5 nights and no room service. Cleaning room need to be charged!!! I been told that I need to stay for 7 nights to do housekeeping!!!! Additionally, room size very small.

However, the lack of charging ports near the bed was inconvenient, and I wished the windows could be opened for fresh air. Despite that, the location was great, and the host was helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable.

C/in at lobby (beside bilamart) , fast c/in and c/out drop keys in mailroom (if c/out during no one attand at lobby) which is good. Need rm100 deposit and return via transfer within 2 days (working days) . Not bad services. Have hair dryer/water/coffea/tea. Got body/hand wash which is good. Clean bathroom and room. Good price but prefer a bit lower price.

Need to register car/motorcycle everytime need to park. The room some place broken (table under tv). The tv is a bit old (smart tv ) , still useable but prefer to watch the new tv(android) as for new tv have good speaker and higher resolution.

Nice to stay and worth it

The aircond in the single bed is not cool enough and too much cockroach. The smell in the house also not nice

Nice big hotel. Cool gym and nice pool. There is a shared working space which you can also use as hotelguest. There are two restaurants where you can have lunch, breakfast and dinner and there is a small convenience store. There is a mall only 5 minutes walk, but the metrostation is 15 minutes away. I wuld not reckonment this hotel if you want to bo doing touristy things. It is not close to the city centre. But, I would stay here again, it is a lovely place to relax and have time with friends and family.
