Super convenient location, next to Nu Sentral Mall which has many floors including top floors with restaurants, and next to the KL Sentral train station which includes the KLIA Express stop from KUL airport (30 minutes non-stop one-way ride for RM 55). Nu Sentral Mall also has ground floor restaurants facing the street, across the street from this hotel. There are numerous other local restaurants in the neighborhood which are very active during lunch time as this is a very busy area for office workers. This hotel also has an attached restaurant. Lots of shopping at the Nu Sentral Mall which is air conditioned. There is a bus stop nearby which lets you catch buses to all areas of the city (use Google Maps for bus numbers), but you will need to buy and top up a RapidKL bus card first; otherwise use Grab (Uber) for taxis which many people do. Budget hotel at a competitive price. The shower worked fine, the mattress was firm, and the room was a decent size. I found this hotel to be a very good place for connections to and from the KUL airport (KLIA Express).

Great Stay at a Perfect Location! Easy Hotel Kuala Lumpur truly lives up to its name – everything is so convenient! The location is excellent, just walking distance from KL Sentral metro station. There are plenty of restaurants around — from local flavors to international cuisines — and even a shopping mall nearby. The hotel staff, especially the receptionist, were warm and welcoming with a lovely smile. Rooms are quite comfortable and clean, though slightly compact. Housekeeping service was also commendable. Considering the price and location, it’s a great value for money. Strongly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in KL!

The location was perfect and in line with our objectives to visit KL The cleanliness of the room was regularly maintained by the staff. The amount of soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste was sufficient and refilled regularly Sufficient water bottles were provided and when requested extra water bottle was also served with warm smile. At check-in, we received a warm welcome and a welcome orange drink. Breakfast was not in the package. So no comment.

For one queen bed and one single bed, the room was a bit congested. For the convenience of guests who are not very tall, the shower towel rack should be at least 1.5 feet down. The room price could have been a little less. But it's still fine worth money.

Very convenient location and really friendly staff. They did their best to make our stay the most comfortable and accommodated all our needs. When we decided we did not want to have breakfast at the hotel we were refunded for it, even if it was never an option to have or not and we really did not expect them to (or request it as it was because of our personal needs/allergies and we would have happily paid the full price and then simply had breakfast elsewhere). Rooms were cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every time. They provided shampoo, soap and shower gel. We used the gym every day and, although it was very basic, it met our needs and we were happy there even was one! Its location is ideal if you are using KL Sentral station and it is attached to a mall which is conveniente for the supermarket and other stores which may be needed. I cannot rate the breakfast as we did not use the service because of our dietary requirements/allergies. The staff was extremely friendly and really nice.

The breakfast could have had more options (fruit and maybe some western choices, but for its price I really would not have expected it and we were completely fine with our choice of eating elsewhere). The gym could be improved by offering small towels to be used while training if needed, since it is very hot.

Hotel Infrastructure, Receptionist Mr Punit I guess ( Morning Guy) and Room Boys, thier humble behaviour all the time towards thier guest, wishing all good morning , afternoon and all, perfect location to Nu Central Mall, Taxis, Buses ,Trains and nearby mouth watering wonderful Indian Restaurants. The Rooms were good, hotel lobby is so mesmerising and beautifully decorated as portrayed touch wood. Would definitely visit again if the Almighty GOD permits. Being a Level 3 Genius account holder to Booking.com I would say that my experience to Malaysia and staying in Easy Hotel was a good and beautiful experience.

First and foremost the hotel rooms are extremely clean and comfortable! The rooms have been newly renovated and looked much more updated! Secondly, the location is excellent right smacked in the heart of KL with easy access by LRT, MRT, KLIA Airport Express Train and Monorail to just about anywhere in KL you would want to go! 24 Hours Mamak eateries just below and huge NU Sentral mall just a stone’s throw away! Last but not least the hotel staff from the bell-boy (Liton) Front desk staff (Kak Liza, Ariana, Tushar, Vicky, Ridzuan to name a few) housekeeping staffs (Ibrahim Kholil, Sultan, Bilal, Nazmul, Sharul and the rest of the housekeeping team) they were all Super friendly and Super helpful! This is one of the best and affordable hotel that I always come back to stay in whenever I am in Kuala Lumpur!

The toilet door which could not be fully closed when not in use. The in-room refrigerator which shuts down when you remove the key-card from the key slot when you leave your room.

The hotel is in a simply perfect location to access public transport from KL Sentral station (trains, metro and KLIA Express). From the station you can directly access the NU shopping mall and through it you arrive at the hotel without having to cross any road and above all without getting wet in case of rain (the elevator door of the walkway linked to the mall is right in front of the hotel door). We spent two nights in a family room on the fifth floor where there is a gym, a play area for children and a beautiful terrace where you can relax after a long day of visiting the city. A note of merit goes to all the hotel staff, from the reception, to the cleaning department (thanks Mr Kayes) they are all extremely friendly, kind and always ready to help you. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come to KL again.

I loved the location, so convenient to transport, shops and good places to eat. The room was immaculate, AC worked well. All the teams from front reception to housekeeping were so friendly. Very good value if you want clean, safe and convenient accommodation. Also check out money corner for some good food options nearby.

Like others have said, it is noisy. My room was on the street within hand shaking distance of the monorail. I could also hear the room beside me very clearly. Some sound proofing is needed. A note about the area in general - as a solo female traveller there was almost constant attention from men asking, "Where's your husband". I was also followed home one night by someone and managed to shake him off at the train station before darting back to my hotel. I really did enjoy the area but would reconsider again in future for safety reasons.

The location is superb! 1. There’s plenty of restaurants by the corner (Indian food, Thai food, Hainan cuisine, Pizza) 2. The NU shopping mall is right across the street from hotel (you can literally get anything you need here, including currency exchange station in B1, supermarket) 3. KL Sentral station is in front of the hotel with elevator, it was really convenient for us.

The air conditioner is in front of the bed, I had a major headache and stiff neck after sleeping with air blowing directly to my head🥲other than that, everything is good. The room is newly renovated and the pillow is not too soft👍🏻

Excellent location, just outside of the train station which is exactly what I was looking for as I was heading straight back to the airport the next morning. For the price I paid, about £25, it was a good hotel. The room was compact but enough for one with a double bed and bathroom with shower with toiletries included. Clean and tidy. In the Little India area so lots of food options right up the street. Staff were incredibly friendly, very helpful, voucher for breakfast included.

I had a room which faced the main street which unfortunately suffered from a lot of noise at about 5.30am including a busker singing and music playing very loudly. Even with my earplugs, it was a little difficult to sleep much beyond it. Good for a cheap option for one night as the location was what I needed but if I was to stay for more than a few days, the noise would be problematic very fast.
