The hotel feels new and rooms are spacious and feel luxurious! Great views and awesome pool! Easy location for grab pick up and drop offs! Close to night markets etc. felt safe with security 24/7.

Our only complaints were rooms weren’t sound proof, you could hear outside car sounds and people talking in the corridor, plus the aircon is super loud making for tricky sleep.

The stay was overall comfortable, we had a great view, good location with walkable distance to the Petronas towers. The rooftop pool and the gym were absolutely great.

There was not a single coat rack or hook where you can hang towels in the bathroom or clothes. We had wet bathing suits and towels which were hung all over the furniture and wash basin so the place got really messy. I also didn't have a night stand so overall to little storage space.

Rooms were very modern and lovely, we got upgraded for free which was nice. Staff were helpful. Location was good, some things weren’t walking distance but it’s a big city. Would recommend staying here

You have to pay a £30 deposit which I paid card and it takes 7-14 days to return to my bank which isn’t ideal.

The property is very well situated. Near city centre. Rooms are really big.

Our smart lock ran out of battery, and despite calling the owner at least 30 times, we received no response. What would have happened if we had a flight the next morning? We ended up spending the night outside, unable to access our room while all our belongings were inside. Although we were refunded for that night, we're frustrated that no one from Booking offered us an alternative place to stay, forcing us to book another hotel at a much higher cost. We didn't even receive a voucher from Booking. It was a disappointing experience, despite the place itself being very nice.

Perfect location, walkable to most things or a short Grab ride (which the staff organised for us.) The pool area was amazing, we also liked the little pocket garden areas. Good breakfast available at the cafe, and the little shop in the lobby was really handy.

The touchpad lock on the door of our room was a pain to use. We also felt like we spent a lot of time waiting for the elevator but maybe that's because we are not use to staying in such large hotels. Also it would have been good to have another hook in the bathroom as there was only space for one towel, and no shower curtain or screen so the whole floor got wet.

The room was nicely decorated. Location of this building is just perfect- you can either take grab for couple of euros, or even walk to main attractions.

The check in was at 15pm, not a minute earlier, but the check out was supposed to be at 11am. This is quite early, we couldn’t even go to have breakfast before check out time. Also, the bathroom smelled horribly. The system needs to be upgraded or sth. We needed to leave ventilation in the bathroom on during the night, as the smell was just too much. Also the sink was clogged.

Toilet not good , the bath area no glass to cover up, when bath , the floor will get wet , not good . Also for the breakfast is expensive , food not much choices ., food not delicious.

The location was good and it was easy to find. Only a 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants. The size of the room was good and was well equipped with everything you needed. The shop in the complex had everything you needed. Obviously the view from the rooftop is excellent, pool was fantastic. Gym had the basic equipment but was good enough.

The reason why I didn’t give it a 10, the room just lacked the finishing details. Marks on cushions, different coats of paint on the wall. Nowhere to hang your wet towels after showering. I know it’s just small details but more just a heads up. Would still recommend to anyone coming to Kuala Lumpur

The building is really nice, the rooftop facilities are beautiful. The location is good, walking distance or short Grab ride to many attractions and restaurants. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The wifi worked great. We appreciated that things such as laundry soap and dish soap were provided.

A few small things could be done to improve the stay. The shower curtain was done with a temporary pole that kept falling down and felt cheap. There was no where to hang towels to dry, and no hand or face towels were provided. The AC, while it worked and kept the room cool enough, it didn’t seem to adjust temperature. We had it set to 16 and it didn’t feel any different than 22.
