About the room, when the reception couldn't provide the room that has sofa bed, he provided free extra bed which is more better than what I reserved. Location is great, breakfast is good fresh and the chapati is delicious.

The check in process, it took time to finish.

The lifts were fast. The room is huge. The location is central.

Need to upgrade the rooms to the latest such as providing USB and Type C ports for charging.

Hotel is old, its showing its age with furniture and facilities. Only vegan breakfast buffet option.

Location of the hotel is fabulous with easy access to the monorail and Berjaya Times Square shopping mall. Easy walking distance to the Pavilion shopping mall and approximately 20min walk to Petronius Towers

The Club Room was not as good as it was prior to COVID as there was less choices with food on offer. However the staff were fabulous and really looked after us very well. Daily cleaning of the rooms was a bit disappointing as no cleaning really took place except for the bathroom. With the rest of the suite only the bed was made daily.

Location was great, in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Elevators were accessible and fast. There were six of them. Services were available in the hotel and nearby in the neighborhood. Room lighting was great, whether indoor lights or ambient lighting. Rooms are spacious. Very spacious. We loved both rooms. The bathroom is also spacious, with two sections, WC and shower area, with a door between them. Privacy is well-maintained. Sofa and sofa bed were comfortable and available in both rooms. Huge shopping mall with a nice dining/food area in the lower ground. Location is right in front on the Monorail. A minute walk.

Breakfast wasn't that great. Needs more variety. Room carpet was very old. It's clean but due to its state, it doesn't look clean. The toilet had a very bad smell once we moved in, but it was fixed on the same day.

Good location. Big,clean, well maintained family room. Huge roof top pool which was clean and well maintained. Very convenient being next to/in the mall with good food options there. Breakfast had a good selection but wasn’t on the scale of other 5 star Asian hotels. The hotel was massive. It was a good hotel but probably more 3-4 star and not 5 star.

Breakfast was all vegetarian which felt a bit limiting. There was various pictures of famous people expressing their vegetarian beliefs on the walls(not really needed). There was no where to fill up water bottles with drinking water. Drinking water was provided daily in the rooms but it was always in small plastic water bottles which isn’t very environmentally friendly. It would be great to have water provided in reusable glass bottles. Check in was at 3pm but we had to wait for one of our rooms for over 45 minutes (we had 4 rooms in total)

Well located above the mall anda short walk to Bukit Bintang and Pavilion malls. We Got upgraded from a family to a 2BR apartment which had 3 bathrooms! It was a solid 4-star kept very clean. The complimentary mini bar snacks for this class of room and above were a bit meh, but not complaining.

Nothing. It was fine. Berjaya Times is not the fanciest mall- KLCC and Pavilion are nicer With better food outlets and high end shopping, but we werent really there for shopping. Berjaya Times has cinema, bowling lane, amusement park money change office with great rates and many many more.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom club ! These rooms are well renovated and clean and comfortable. Minibar is complimentary. Location is really great with BTS mall connected to lobby and Bukit bintang within walking.

Can get really busy and noticed it gets stressful with volume of guests. I did notice though as long as you are polite and courteous to staff they are nice and friendly back. Vegetarian breakfast is really disappointing for non vegetarian.. Given extensive choice and egg station at least a very small selection of meats would be appreciated for non veg guests..... We got breakfast elsewhere after first day.

The hotel is connected to the mall. Its in the centre of the city, so just walking distance to nearby buildings. We walked to Lalaport, Sg Wang areas, Pavi, and even TRX. Used Monorail to go to KLCC. Views from our room are majestic! Breakfast buffets were nice, views from the Club Lounge were incredible.

I dont like the full carpet flooring in our room. Prefer its wooden flooring instead. Carpet feels not clean at all. Can imagine some previous guests walked around with shoes on in there.

The location is just perfect, we travelled with a toddler and it was very convenient to have the mall just few floors away where you can get grocery and food at any time. It was within waking distance from heart of bukit bintang as well. The two bedroom apartment was very spacious especially for a family and well decorated. staff were friendly. They provide complementary snacks like chips, biscuits and soya milk which was nice of them.

The towels provided in the rooms were horribly dirty and stained, looks never been replaced in the past years. non-usable. There were two toilets in the apartment, one of them had sewage smell, we avoided using it especially for the kid. They need to do something about these issues because hotel is crowded with many visitors and customers if they dont take care of it will turndown... No cheese in the breakfast buffet... :(
