As long as you've got a sim card and an app like grab or maxim then you'll be fine re location, it's not too bad (maybe 1hr walk to city center but too hot for that). Great Aircon, shower pressure was good though might depend on which shower as they're all different. If you want to meet travellers I'd look elsewhere, for me it was a nice short break from hostel dorm rooms.
Wifi wasn't great, pretty much couldn't use it. But I had a sim so didn't really matter for a couple of days. Bathroom conditions aren't perfect, but don't forget that it's nice and cheap.

The staff are helpful. The owner is able to speak many different languages. There is a big park besides the hotel so it is good for morning exercise.
Some of the toilets are spoiled. The room is very small. it is actually for massage, not a normal hotel room. So the facility are not so completed.

The room is comfortable, clean & aesthetic. It's kinda homestay vibes. Many different rooms & a shared lounge. There's a cafe and laundry shop nearby.
Its shared bathroom, and there's no reception. I called three different number before i got to enter the premise. And its a bit confusing, when i got there, i only see the saloon, & its already closed. So there's no one to ask about the stay.

The room was equipped with air-conditioning and a fan which functions really well.
During my stay, there was a time where there was no water coming out from the heater. Might be due to low water pressure that time. The bed was a bit uncomfortable due to the spring in it.
