Had everything we needed. Very comfy beds and pillows, nice table and chairs and shelves are always nice. Had small amount of kitchen stuff too but there’s an awesome night market literally across the street. I would love to come back here for longer.

A very strategic location especially to those who travel by flight. Located very near to the airport with various choices of cafe and restaurant to dine in/ take away. Night market below the property makes f&b even more accessible. The property is excellently managed making sure we had a good stay. Very tidy, clean, complete with basic utensils and kitchen appliances. Most importantly very comfortable to stay in. Suitable for couples or small family of 2 adults + 1 toddler. More than that you might need to find other bigger property. Overall we highly recommend this place and we definitely going to repeat our stay again.

Definitely not easy to find a parking lot around the property. Have to drive for a few rounds before finding one. But we're not complaining.

Wifi can be better

Our room is in front of the main door to each room. The door has a security "scan to open." What annoys me was the beeping sound. I have to wake up during my sleep at night just to close the door. Once you scan the given card to open the door, there is no door closer for the door to close. And no door handle to pull (close) the door manually. There should be signage "please close the door after opening." Not all the people who live there close the door. For the parking, it is very hard to get, especially the ground floor, since 90% is reserved. 1st floor is also the same. If you get lucky for 1st floor parking, no elevator to go up and down. Have to load and unload your bags and luggage in front of the main entrance. Parking outside is the only option to get parking.

The Check In Was Smooth..As Self Check In Is Really Efficient..as No Deposit Collected

The Box Tv Not Really Enjoying As Its Only Provide Chinese Subtitle And No Netflix..Not Many Choice For a Movie..The Box Tv Button Is Not Functional..As Its Really Hard To Press.Been Staying In Aeropod Before With Difference Homestay. Its Always The Wifi Problem..There is Cooking Equipment But doesn't Have A Plates Or Bowl..Only Provide 2 Cup Of Glass 1 Spoon..As We Staying For 3 Nights There Is No Changeable Towels And Not To Mention..Only Give 2 3in Coffee For 2..

the owner very helpful. provide full guideline on how to get the key since its self service. also provided with the list of good restaurant n places to visit. the room very spacious and nice. tv can connect to youtube n neflix. have refrigerator and microwave. so far so good. exceed my expectations. thank you for the hospitality. lurveeee from sarawak.

Spacious unit with quiet surroundings. Everything what you need is near by (food, coffee, laundry etc). Prompt and effective communication from the renter.

Fridge doesn't have enough space for a long-term stay. There is no possibility to drink water directly from the tap as there is a missing water filter (and no water refill station in the building). The air conditioning in the gym doesn't work. I understand that it is not maintained by the renter, but since the gym is presented with the offer, I believe more effort should be made to prioritize getting it to function.

Easy to.locate. Easy check.in check.out. We paid extra day though didn't use as we were reaching at 2 am in the morning. Very spacious room. Had a vacuum cleaner to clean the room Had ironing table.iron.hair dryer to use. The customer service staff were very prompt.in responding to any queries I had and at any time. They even helped me keep my baggage for 3 hours after check out and gave it when I came.back from shopping. There is no cleaning service unless you ask and pay for.it .we didn't use it . The water heater system was good Lots of small restaurants down itself.just walk around and u can see. There was a beautiful fountain in another wing and a small children's garden too. They said there is a bar with music late at night but we didn't hear it thankfully so always ask for a higher room and corner room away from the music Nearby to airport but little.away from.main city. We used Grab to move around This was by HOMESUITES BY CS group if I remember right

The bathroom and toilet had a sliding door, which was difficult at first, then got used to it. There was just one mirror near the kitchen sink with dim lighting, so it was difficult for us to use it for makeup, etc. Water bottles are not kept daily, which is a minus, but there are shops down so we can buy. There was a balcony, but I didn't have much to see as it was the first room as I entered. There are too many lock systems in the building, and you need the tap card to access them, so for a family of 3, having just 1 card isn't feasible..it gets difficult. We can't go and come easily Have to have the card to use the lift and even open some.door on the way.. That's the only thing I didn't like

I like how everything is very easy to access and comfortable for one to stay. It feels exactly like home as everything already provided there. It is very spacious to move around so we get to experience a good quality time there. And the host is also very nice towards my questions regarding the homesuite . In the morning, we can see the train passing by in front of our balcony.

I don't like how the wifi doesn't have a strong connection at night , I had to use my hotspot phone just to use the tv yet in the morning it worked just fine. And also the air-conditioner in the bedroom is not that cold, cant even go lower than 24°c. And the tv in the bedroom cannot even be used, really thought it would be so much better if the tv works.
