Location is very convenient 1. Right across Handicraft market and pasar besar. 2. Short walk to Suria Mall and jetty to islands 3. Short walk to API API night market and Gaya street morning market 4. Studio unit is new and clean, comfortable bed. Slippers and shower toiletries provided

Be aware of on going renovation works in other units that the unit owner told us about(as this is a new building that is just starting to get occupied) so expect dust and noise that will stop at 5pm.

All facilities are new. The location is strategic. Near the 'bawah jambatan segama' which night market (durian) were held, and near the todak seafood eateries. The price is affordable.

The constructions of the building is still going on, not fully finished. I believe once it's done Borneotel will be top choice. 🙂

The room was very spacious and the TV came with a Netflix account for us to enjoy. All the furnishings were new so it made everything more comfortable and enjoyable. The management was also very accomodating with our requests.

Some electricity issues occured but the management was really helpful in dealing with it.

Very convenient location, clean, spacious. It was also a pleasant surprise that the view from the window was exactly what the photos showed - straight to the pool!

Parking fee of rm5 per entry to park inside the building, but can be easily dealt with by parking roadside.

The staff were great and responsive. Next time I will consider this place, suitable for young people, the location is also good.

There are long-term customers, you can prepare more disposable utensils in advance in the room, as well as paper towels.

Very clean and tidy, everything is very new too. Good location, easy access to Main Streets

If there’s washing machine will be a plus! And maybe need more hangers inside the bathroom. The compound is quite new, so some areas are still under construction.

The room and the atmosphere is excellent it's nearby to the wet market, Malls, night seafood food stalls called todak and waterfront where the night life is. Great location and the host is super friendly, helpful and ready to assist if there are any problems. I highly recommend
