I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially loved the view from Level 42 where the swimming pool is—absolutely superb! Parking was free and generally easy, although it can be a bit challenging when there’s an event or program happening at the hotel. A few small things could be improved, such as adding a towel rack, a mirror for dressing, and a clock in the room for convenience. Despite those minor issues, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again if I visit Penang in the future!

Check-in and out was easy. They were helpful and informative. It was clean and comfortable. I would recommend to everyone.

I had a problem with my apartment door. It got locked and i couldnt open it using my card. I went down to the reception 3x before someone followed me up to my apartment to see what was the problem. Of course they said that i did something to accidently lock the door from inside. And ive been stayiing there 2 days before that incident happened. I had no problem at all. Anyway, they did help to unlock the door.

I had a very pleasant stay at Iconic Regency. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice city and sea view. The decor was tasteful, and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff was exceptional. They were polite, discreet, and ensured I had everything I needed during my stay. The pool was fantastic. It was spacious with oceans views. I loved spending my afternoons there, relaxing in the sun. It had a relaxing atmosphere, making it a nice spot to unwind. Overall, my stay at Regency was fantastic. Amazing service, super comfortable, and just an all-around great experience.I'll definitely be back!

Nice property, friendly helpful and responsive staff. Having hotel attached was convenient . Food was good value there but menu items were not always available. There is convenience store nearby and "grabs taxis " easy to get.

Cleaning times were haphazard , 8 pm one night. Unit could have had , pool towels, a dustpan brush for self cleanups. Glasses . It's location is out of the way but the shuttle is great to make up for it.

The infinity pool was awesome, I think there is no any other property that has this splendid view. The whole Penang view with such a clean environment would definitely make people come back again and again. Not only the view of the swimming pool, but to talk about the room. What a clean room with fully equipped room amenities. We booked a 2 bedrooms unit. The checking in process was very smooth, as well as the checking out. We did request some laundry bags and some extra towels, and the service was nice with my request.

I liked the spacious feel with the fast elevators, amazing 13th floor shared area with medical essentials. Staff are great and building is extremely secure.

The sound proofing was good but you could still be woken up early from loudspeakers, they echo through the hallways even 33 floors up, maybe a little insulation below the front door would help remove that.

The price is totally worth for the property. The environment is clean, they will always check on us every morning for the house keeping. It’s very convenient to our airport, you don’t have to stuck in between of the traffic jam. There is queensbay mall nearby. Just be mindful for the hand door of the toilet, it will keep falling off as the design meant to be that way, I think.

We had an excellent stay! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. The large pool offers stunning views of both the city and the sea — a real highlight. Sylvia was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, always available when we needed anything. We truly appreciated her support. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

The acoustic value of the building is rather poor, my unit was at the end of the level, but we can still hear a-lot of extreme noise from people walking and chatting and singing in the corridor up until 12 midnight and later

It was not in our plan and we come here as alternate option on last moment. Select because it is near to airport. New building have all facilities which any one need. It is not touristic location but have good option.
