I like that the price is quite affordable compared to other hotels nearby.

Cleanliness could've been slightly better, saw small cockroaches crawling on the wall before.

The cleanliness of room and bathroom is out Need to improve 100%. The towels not maintain.its torn.Very basic item (Tissue paper) not available. Toilet was not cleaned.sink tap water is splshing all over.

Cockroaches coming through the corner of the doors, bedsheets are dirty, staff attitude is bad, the toilet are hazardous because the shelves are broken and could break if we put any item on top especially toiletries.

Scammer!! We paid and check in late and many ppl were waiting, then they said their system overbook and can’t offer me a room! They asked me to click cancel and they will refund shortly but they didnt! I was forced to go finding other hotel in the middle of the night! After back in hometown, I called them again to follow up they say will refund in 7 business days, so i gave them another chance and waited patiently but nothing happened and nobody answered my phone after that! Booking also said they can’t do anything! What a lousy system, i feel so dissatisfied and will not use booking service again!

They ask for a deposit and a tourist tax. The room is damaged how can I cause more damage to something that is already damaged? water pump and laundry machine are making noise 24/7 I don’t advise anyone to show up here. Please add a lil bit of money and go somewhere else, I don’t want to go through the same experience. On top of that the owner will disregard everything and he will just reply back to the feedback saying Hi we will work on this.

The location is quite scary bcs no other people surround the hotel. The room is not soundproof.. i can here the next room chitchating, the food steps, baby crying arghh such a bad experience🤬🤬 the toilet is dirty, the refrigerator is not functioning well. There is no toiletaries, tissue, hairdryer and alls that mention in the websites!! ITS ALL SCAM!!

Nothing. Did not even stay there. They over booked us and until today they have not refund us back. Even write to booking.com but feedback or reply.
