All okey. Convenient location, great sea view, room super comfy!

The lobby itself not like a 5 star resort. Looks like a lousy normal condo lobby. Pool inside our room not properly maintained. Something just not right, i dont know is it because of the deco or it just not properly cleaned.

I had a wonderful stay at Lexis Suites. Even though I made a last-minute booking, everything was perfectly arranged, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The staff were friendly, professional, and very attentive, making sure I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Facilities were excellent — from the well-maintained private pool to the delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Penang especially if you’re looking for a place that offers both comfort and exceptional service, even for last-minute plans.

The room was big and clean, spacious enough for 4 adults. The private pool option was good, and the view from there was absolutely stunning – as far as the eye could see was the sea. At night, the airplanes looked just like shooting stars since it’s close to Penang Airport. The general pool was nice, and besides that, the gym and kids’ play area were also good. Breakfast was truly excellent – from Arabic cuisines to local dishes to kids’ meals, everything was great.

The hotel’s location is a bit far from Batu Ferringhi, The Top, and George Town, so taxis can be expensive. Since I had a rented car, it wasn’t a problem for me as I love driving. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Hotel was good, room was clean, housekeeping did a good job and even helped to give extra water n towel everyday, facilities were good, pool was nice, kids enjoyed gaming room, quick check in and check out process, free parking, nice Seaview from room, bathtub was fun, pool inside room was wonderful.

Water was stagnant in bathroom, location of hotel in the middle of fishing village and far from city center, no proper nearby attractions, process of validating tng card at lobby before taking car from parking is troublesome, lighting in room needs an upgrade as it is too dim

Great staff and very friendly.

Receptionist need explain detail about parking fee. I during checkout already go through pay parking fee almost rm50 ringgit and receptionist say need to validate 1st my tng card before going through exit gate. As per from the receptionist’s explanation, many guests have overlooked this matter. Maybe guests are not given the details during check-in. This will cause confusion, especially for first-time visitors like me. Overall, everything was good. The food was delicious, the room was comfortable, and the facilities were all nice

Staff friendliness, our own pool and steam room, the daily cleaning and top ups, food Warry in the small shop went above and beyond to help us. An asset to the hotel.

Have different fruit options at breakfast. A bit repetitive. Maybe all staff should have knowledge of opening times for restaurant, spa and shop. As some couldn’t answer this for us. Pool went green so maybe a 4/5 daily cleaning or at least a weekly one. Tour desk couldn’t help or suggest places / it was more of a taxi service as you just told them where you want to go. Also the 70myr rate per hour changed from 520myr to 800myr for 8 hours so we declined the trip. Not a great beach for swimming. Not much in area so had to travel.

Overall, the property is clean and organized. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Location-wise is not favourable, located about 30 minutes from George Town. If you are a family traveller with children, you will enjoy a whole day stay in the hotel room facing the sea and a private pool all day long.

The location and surroundings. The main road outside the hotel is super heavy traffic, and with no traffic lights. Turning right, heading towards town, will be super challenging. The parking bays are very narrow, so if you are driving a 4x4 or MPV will be difficult to maneuver.

The staff is great. Everyone is friendly and approachable, especially the beautiful people at the reception counter. I think your staff is the best feature of Lexis Suites in Penang. As my wife and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, the staff went out of their way to decorate one of the beds. This was unexpected! So any of you guys want to celebrate any sort of anniversary, head on to Lexis Suites (Penang), and you will not be disappointed!

The lighting for the mirror is pathetic. I wish it were a little brighter. I believe the bedroom should have another comfortable chair. As it is, one person sits and relaxes while the other just sits on the bed. Driving up and down the carpark can also drive you nuts with all the turns you have to make to reach it.

Everything was excellent! I was very impressed with all the staff — they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I received a free upgrade from a city view to an ocean view room, which made my trip extra special. Since it was my birthday month, they also surprised me with a complimentary cake — such a sweet gesture! The facilities were amazing. They have a safe indoor playground for kids, a ping pong table, and many more fun activities. I was really fascinated and truly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended!

Room superb. In the room pool was exceptional, order a set of tides in pool and the service was marvellous. Besides, the staff are very helpful and they assisted us well. check in process was easy and all done just within minutes and we were allowed to early check and late checkout.

We stayed in room 1906. The room toilet have problem whereby the water not flowing and need to use given broom type of viper to pool the water. shud have a door near the pool to access direct to bathroom/toilet so the floor in room wont be wet. room service was poor, took 3 hours to get a bucket of ice. The parking system is worse as they use TNG but when u wanna go out, before scanning u need to validate in the lobby. its literally so annoying. Shud change the system by providing a parking card for customer.
