We’d like the breakfast option. Superb! It just that they don’t clean the tables right away, they were lack of staff and someone to overlook people who dine. Accessible to the mall and have 7/11 downstairs.

They didn’t have cottonbuds when we asked, which is disappointing. TV didn’t have much channel. Bathroom for shower is very slippery when wet not ideal with kids. Didn’t have bathrobe, towels were one size ‘big ones’ only. They didn’t have room service - restaurant closes after 9pm.

Staff were great Coffee shop was handy and staff were very friendly Mall was very close which had many restaurants and a very good food court down stairs Buses and taxis were across the road

The only thing this hotel needs is a pool

I really enjoyed my stay! The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food—something for everyone, and everything was fresh and tasty. The room was decent, clean, and well-maintained throughout my stay, with housekeeping taking care of it daily. The location is perfect—very convenient, close to the terminals, shopping malls, and other key spots. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The room is a bit outdated and could benefit from some refurbishment, but this wasn’t a major issue and didn’t affect the overall comfort of my stay.

The Bayfront Hotel is our hotel of choice when we are taking a ferry from Cebu, since it is located a short distance from the ferry terminals. We stay here often, and we are already booked to stay again next year. It is also located directly across the street from a large mall for food and activities. The hotel is very nice, with clean comfortable rooms. The included breakfast that came with our room was a very good buffet. I would definitely recommend the Bayfront Hotel.

I booked Bayfront Hotel for its convenient location close to SM Cebu and North Bus terminal. The hotel tends to get busy during check-in time. I was lucky enough to be accommodated earlier. Room is spacious and love the dim lit ambiance, kinda classy. The bed is comfortable and have a good night sleep. Food- Breakfast buffet is the winner, I love the food selection, though its not that plenty but I can say, more of quality. Overall, I am happy with my overnight stay on this hotel.

I hope the reception are more organized when checking in people.

Staffs are accommodating and friendly and they were able to provide my crib request for my baby. Fast response to requests when we had issue with air-condition temperature, slippers & tissue requests.

The bedsheets and pillow covers are old and with stains, room not properly cleaned (dusty everywhere), breakfast buffet needs improvement regarding replenishing empty displays & food options, cockroach was seen on the plate, some cups are not properly washed, etc.

It is a good location near SM and compared to other hotels they were lower in price and have a good breakfast..the facilities were good , staffs were super friendly and helpful. I have been in this hotel for the nth time.

I hope they would provide 2 chairs. We love to drink coffee while looking at a view and it is hard that one of us (me and my husband) would stand since they only provide 1 chair.

The room is good and the breakfast is superb. I like how its super near the SM just a walking distance to the Hotel.

i didn't like that I requested for a queen size bed and it was not granted, though I understand that you didn't have a vacant room during our stay but I did book my stay way ahead of time and I had pay a little extra for it so we can have a large bed with my husband.

Room was okay and most especially the location as its close to SM City and 7/11 by the hotel entrance

1. Checking in and checking out was very very slow..... 2. I wasn't aware that I had to pay full for my 10 yrs. old son. 3. Hotel receptionest have told me that I will only pay half price for my sons breakfast but at the breakfast cashier asked me to pay the full price :( and what annoys me a lot was when the breakfast cashier just grabbed my card from my hand without telling me. I was absolutely SHOCKED!!!😳 Here in the UK no cashier is allowed to swipe credit/debit cards NOT UNLESS you need help from them.

the breakfast was not to my liking as i have a different palate nd liking of food as i am an indian,the room was decent size with enough space to store things nd the location was fair enough

the staff could have been a little more prompt in the service
