Professional and helpful personnel. Clean and peaceful room. Excellent breakfast. Close to freeway, restaurants and other services.

Seems like the edge of the bed is kind of worn out from guests sitting often over the sides. After 3 nights of sleeping close to the bed edge, my lower back was hurting, so I moved more to the center of the bed where the surface was flatter and my back felt a lot better.

A most excellent breakfast. We had a late check-in with no problems. We got a 1st level room without having to ask for it. We were bone tired and so thankful we didn't have to hunt for our room. Staff were super efficient and friendly.

I sleep with a fan and the A/C didn't have a fan only option so it was tough falling asleep and staying asleep. Not your fault but I never considered newer units wouldn't have that option. Next time I'll know. God bless you all, your hard work shows.

Breakfast was good, but to many tables and difficult to walk around. rooms were clean and staff was always paying attention to my needs. The only problems was to get in and out of the property, the location is not easy to get out to the main street but for the value and comfort as well as over all location is perfect.

The location, hard to exit the property

This inn is very clean and staff are polite. The breakfast was good. They are pet friendly although you do have to pay a 20 dollar fee. The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was free, and the room was clean. There was a mini fridge, microwave, hairdryer, and ironing board in our room. There was also a small safe which we didn't make use of but it's nice that it is an option.

I was not a big fan of having to put 100 dollar deposit on my card but it was refunded a couple days after checking out.

Location is convenient since it's near the freeway. Perhaps an extra sign could be placed at the curb to assist guests with the entry driveway since the hotel is in the back of the property area behind other businesses. The covered entry area and walkways are good. Some furniture is a little old but it's still a nice setting in the room. Good that the breakfast area is now open again. I left a personal item behind in the room and contacted the hotel right away. The item was found and mailed to me right away after my address was verified.

The staff is top notch at this location.This is my second visit in the last month and a half and it was consistently great service,clean rooms, great beds, nice value and I felt safe. 24 hr coffee or hot tea. All the front desk staff were awesome but Jessica i believe, 2p-10p shift went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. I greatly appreciated her service and her kindness. Great job.

Everything was great.

I appreciated being greeted when I came in, everything was very clean and orderly. Enjoyed the breakfast, with having low income, just being able to put some in my room for dinner was very helpful. Bed was made everyday, bathroom picked up. Felt very safe and comfortable.

When I first arrived I was wondering where I was at because of the renovations, wasn't sure if I wanted to stay. Ice machine and elevator area, could use some of the same love as the inside. But I was ok, I could tell there was working being done to make things better.

Breakfast was good. Table were a lil bit messy when we got there but someone came to wipe the table. Staff were very nice. We had a wedding to attend at 2 pm and they let us checked in early and we were very grateful for that.

The beddings needs to upgrade and curtains other than that everything was good.

Very clean check in entry. Friendly staff. Apples provided. Room was clean but dated. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was well tended. Waffles, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit. Coffee and juice. Small coffee machine in room. Bed and pillows were comfy and noise level was very good. Make up mirror and all bathroom supplies.

Bedroom heater did not work. Coffee in room and at breakfast not very good. Eggs are questionable.

The staff who medicine the desk he was very very nice cuz we got in very late and we got right into our room and everything was beautiful it was clean the beds were comfortable the towels were very nice and the property was nice for our fur babies thank you so much!!
