The resort and the view are amazing , the staff are not very professional , the food is fine and the main restaurant is the best ,the rooms need few maintenance , the vibes are nice but what made us annoyed that the golden boodah club cancelled its party because the owner took the night for a private party for himself which was weird and annoying for us ..

1.The place is clean and beautiful, with a good view of Red Sea. 2.The whole architecture is in uniform and harmonious design, coordinating citadel and desert well. 3.Most staff are friendly, easy going and ready to help. 4.Good value of money in all-inclusive package.

1.Most staff are friendly except for our exclusive receptionist Radwa ,who is in poor service attitude, poor language ability(barely speak English)and clear racial discrimination. Her unprofessional service and slow responce almost ruined my journey.

The best hotel to relax and have a good time, Excellent staff and delicious food, Beautiful landscape on the Red Sea, Exciting swimming pools, and beach games. Everything you need for a happy family vacation.

"The reception at this hotel does a great job. They do their best to ensure customer satisfaction. The restaurants are nice. There's a restaurant that appeals to everyone.

"Some waiters really like tips—if you don’t tip, they don’t pay much attention to you, especially at the beach. Maybe that’s just the custom, I’m not sure. They’ve built a port right in the best spot for swimming, which is quite interesting. For example, we had two days of stormy weather, and that protected area could have been perfect for swimming—but instead, the owner preferred to dock his boats there. I found that strange. Also, do not book a moto safari from the salespeople walking around—they take you to a junkyard, it’s a total disaster. Ask the reception instead for a proper recommendation. And finally, there are a few shops on the lobby floor that charge whatever they feel like—no receipts, no set prices. That definitely needs to be addressed urgently."

The location and the buildings structure, look feel aesthetic is all great, magnificent. However, the food is not that great, and the staff are not that helpful.

Best holiday we’ve ever been on. From first arrival we were greeted with excellent reception staff who were very accommodating and informative. In particular, Radwa was very helpful and checked in with us daily to see how we were getting on. The food exceeded our expectations with the standard on offer, as there are a wide amount of restaurants to choose from. In particular, the pizza maker was exceptional, very friendly and also treated us to love heart pizzas. The pool bar at the infinity pool was amazing. The staff, in particular Ahmed was superb and treated us phenomenally throughout our stay. The bar staff in the shisha corner were also amazing, even treating us to a new cocktail called the “Irish Sunshine”. The staff selling shishas were very friendly, attentive and also good fun. The manager on duty at the bar beside the stage was very accommodating and made us feel welcomed. Finally, the best part of the holiday was definitely the animation team. They made our holiday so enjoyable from activities in the infinity pool, to dancing during the afternoons, to shows in the evenings and also trips to the Golden Buddha. All of the animation team were so inclusive and would speak to everyone and encourage people to join in to all activities. My girlfriend and I particularly enjoyed the show “Best couple in the hotel” where we somehow won. We didn’t think our holiday could get much better until we got to know the animation team but it did!! All the facilities were amazing from the room, to the pools, to the lagoons, to the beaches and the general grounds of the hotel. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more, we will definitely be back.

The personal working there was really friendly and helpful. They even noticed that we weren’t at our room for two nights and asked our colleagues if everything was fine with us. So kudos. The place was clean and the room we‘ve had was excellent as we had a direct view of the sea.

The thing about this place is: You even get harassed by people selling tours in the resort and they are trying to sell you overpriced tours (that can be found on the internet for half the price or even way less). I found the state of how this situation in Hurghada itself is, really shocking and to even be harassed by these people when you pay a lot of money to relax and enjoy the sun is beyond crazy. They give you a red band, you can wrap this around your umbrella as you lay at the beach, but you‘ll still get annoyed as you walk peacefully around the resort. It just influenced our stay there so negatively, also the prices at the shop there were an absolute disaster.

The hotel overall is great, amazing facilities, amazing design, very great attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness and facilities management

The hotel has two main issues that could be summed up into some of the staff as well as the pricing of the hotel. The reception staff are the absolute worst. Worst customer handling and servicing I've experienced. The seemed unprofessional as well as untrained and unable to satisfy your needs quickly and promptly. The second issue is the pricing the hotel is overly priced when compared to several hotels in the same tear.
