We had a wonderful week-long stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful at every turn. They catered to one of our vegan requests without any hesitation and maintained a delicious menu. 10/10 for the food alone, dinners were varied, delicious and the highlight of our days. The rooms are massive, clean and beautifully designed with intricate stonework. Would recommend the spa massages as well, very professional and highly trained. Great value.

Suggestion: an accessible lactose-free option at breakfast (i.e. soy/almond milk) :)

Very good sumptuous food. I could tell the chef curates all the recipes to a wonderful menu. Fresh food daily. Something new to look forward to.. The best dinner buffet. Rooms were clean. Amisi at the front desk was fantastic and very warm. The CEO Mr. Paul, always walking and checking on guests was just awesome. Generally the staff were all very friendly

The tea variety was very limiting. General Cleanliness of the spa to be improved.

The resort is quite comfortable offering a good place for relaxation. The beach is clean and wide with calmer water unlike in south coast. The staff is friendly, respectful and helpful. It's a wonderful place for holidays. The swimming pool is a site to behold.

There was a problem with the AC in our room, in that it kept tripping the MCB. They were unable to fix it and it made the room hot at night. The crows snatch food from unattended plates and tables.

Beautiful pool by the ocean. The environment is fabulous. The service is very hospitable. Music is terrific every Sunday. Saturday there is Karaoke night and the buffet food is always amazing.

Would appreciate it more if given a room on the upper floor.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff who were very helpful and always tried to address guests by name. The staff always attempted to provide a 'personalised service' to guests and seemed to remember what people enjoyed or liked. Specially liked the pool with direct access to the beach. Our suite was beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

It would have been good to see more variety at dinner. We were on a half-board basis and although it was not a huge variety the food was good. Note there were however other items a la carte during the day if required.

They have a wide array of breakfast options one thing that stands out is the chefś attention to detail and the food is freeesh the sea food was to die for!

The distance getting there and also itś abit far from sight seeing options but once you are in the resort they really make you forget the outside world but you need to plan ahead for travel to the major tourist attraction sites.

All the facilties were good. Food, pool staff shower and bath very spacious very relaxing Hotel.

That in half board for supper you had to pay for drinks seperate. Breakfast they were included cofee tea or fresh juices. Salty water in the swimming pool which wasnt good for my fiancè's skin.

The rooms were huge, well appointed and comfortable. The staff were excellent and very friendly and the food was tasty with lots of choices

I had a delightful 3-night stay, enjoying the well-appointed room I was assigned and the convenient swimming pool located just outside the room's back door. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness, always willing to go the extra mile in assisting with any queries that arose.
