The location was perfect and the rooms were nice and big. The food was also very good as every meal was a buffet. The staff, especially Ben from reception, was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us, even with things like our flight

Nothing bad to say about the property, my only complaint is that we weren’t informed in advance about the park fee which was 100usd per person per night. Because we were staying within the park, we had to pay an extra 100usd per person per night for every night we were there which we did not budget for

The most hospitable staff I’ve ever met! After the initial confusion with the bed count, they added the missing bed and even offered a presidential suite. Also, they were giving us a lot of bottles of water, even though they were not included in our plan. On the last day, they even gifted our children cute teddy bears. Other than that, the hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Many wild animals walk around. There is a pond with hippos right on the hotel territory.

Muthu is the recommended place to stay if you come to the main Mara Park Service is amazing, special thanks to the outstanding attention from Judy, but all of the staff is great The hotel has a Hippo-Pool and Bar that is much better than advertised, here you can come to wind down with a nice cold local beer after a safari game drive, as the sun goes down Hippos become more active. The hotel is not fenced first night we saw a buffalo in the property, close to the room (1239). Sunsets from the patio look amazing, also there is a bonfire every night where you can just enjoy or talk to other guests

This is not related to the hotel, but important information for anyone planning a Safari trip, park fee is paid at the gate and cost in 2024 is USD 100 per person per night in low season, (200 in high season) also in the main park game driving rules are very strict, driver cannot go of the road as you can in conservacies where you can get much closer to the animals

The staff was amazing and very welcoming. Special mention to the manager Mr. Sanjeev and Mr. Manish who took very good care of us and accommodated our requests. Also, to the lady at the restaurant who was warm and took care of us and the kids. The property and the location is also very good. They have great children's play area and hippo viewing deck with trail. Overall a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

beautiful garden setting right in the national park, you may see some wildlife during your walks in the property which has no fences. what makes it more special though is its personnel, they are welcoming and attentive. Judy the restaurant manager and her staff will spoil you and make you feel at home. Miriam the masseuse is grrreat at her craft! Make sure to get a dull body scrub! Florence and the front desk staff will make sure all runs smoothly. Manish the Gral manager empowers everyone to do their best. Can’t say enough, I was there for 10 days and had a wonderful time !!!

This was my 7th stay at Keekorok, bringing different friends each time - the lodge, food, staff and grounds were excellent as usual.

We were very disappointed that the hippo pool had been drained for cleaning (though understand why), so only one hippo visible, when used to nearly 100 in past.

A great location in the middle of the park

Electric and water both went off occasionally during our stay.

The Most Amazing Hotel and Warm and courteous staff. Especially Miss Cynthia in guest relations made our trip the best holiday of our lives. She went out of her way to see to our every need and comfort.

Marvelous experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the location within the National Park allowed us to encounter plenty of wildlife right at our doorstep. The food was excellent, and we would definitely love to return!

Having more closets would be a great addition

Staff were amazing, our great experience was made so much more due to the excellent staff at this lodge and the game drivers.

Too much spicy food served at dinner. The park fees are $200 per person per day which is rather expensive but nothing to do with the lodge.
