There were 4 of us (2 adults + 2 teens) in our party. We booked the quadruple room and it was a comfortable stay. Rooms are big and even with our luggages, there is space enough to move around. While the area around the hotel may seem quiet, there are many good restaurants nearby offering waterfront dining, T Y Harbor, being one of them. There is also an Indian restaurant serving excellent naan in the vicinity of the hotel. Hotel staff speak excellent English and I was always acknowledged and greeted every time I walked past the reception.

Hotel decor & design is a little dated. However, everything works and the hotel is very clean.

It's located very close to the monorail, so it's very convenient to go to and from Haneda airport. The hotel view is beautiful.

It's all good except it could get a little bit expensive if you travel a lot, everywhere you go you'll need to travel by the monorail first then make transfer.

Easy access to Haneda was a big plus for us as we were only staying three nights in Tokyo. The views and the spacious rooms were fantastic! Plenty of eating places and grocery stores close by. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Not enough PowerPoints and no teabags etc provided - just a kettle.

View is really nice. Room also feel comfortable. Breakfast is good, anyway, if allow customer to do it by ourselves, it would feel more interested.

It is quite far from office area. And we have to take Taxi to back to hotel only. Cannot walk.

we got the suite which was a corner room. Beautiful view of the bay and rainbow bridge. Train station connected to the hotel along with a few restaurants and a 7 eleven. Room amenities are displayed by the checkin counter, your able to grab what you need at no cost.

So easy to get to on the monorail from Haneda. Immaculate rooms, larger than expected. We had a family room with four large single beds with two teenagers. It was very comfortable. Fantastic view from the 26th floor. Very good breakfast.

What went well...Everything went exceptionally well, the room was good with a great view of the seafront. Several of the staff spoke English and were very helpful with information on restaurants, how to navigate the public train systems, and even coordinated our transportation to the airport. Great location, very positive experience, would definitely stay there again.

Slow wifi. I used my hotspot to join a call on my first day. The toilet has no heating and should be upgraded. The shower should be upgraded too.

strategic location if you came from haneda airport, connect with the monorail station. the room is very big and have view to the bay. very clean room.

The view of the harbor/bay area was stunning. Convenient for Tokyo Cruise Club.

A bit distant from public transportation. No limousine bus service to and from Narita at this time (since Covid).
