Room: the room is really small. But if your primary point of interest is Tokyo (i.e. the "outside") instead of a fancy hotel, then it has everything needed for a convenient stay. It provide slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. It has free Wifi, a bath tub (Japanese Ofuro), a comfortable bed and a table. Location: Jinbocho is really a great location if you love books (there are dozens of used book stores nearby, and I don't know anywhere else on this planet can compete with this unique feature), outdoor gears or musical instruments. There are also some great restaurants hidden in the valleys. The hotel itself is not "right next to" any subway stations, but if you don't mind some walking, 8~10 minutes walk will take you to at least 3 different major subway stations nearby, and a combined 30 min trip will take you to almost anywhere else in Tokyo (not to mention walking and exploring Jinbocho itself is a great thing to do).

I wish they have two chairs for both of us to sit, but I admit rarely any hotel provide such things. An alternative would be to provide some small lounge or office area with desk and chairs, where people can sit and do some temporary computer work / journaling, etc.

Great location. Close to a couple of subway stations. We went to 7/11 and Starbucks a lot for breakfast items as the breakfast buffet at the attached restaurant didn’t suit us - nice to have those options nearby! Beds were comfortable. In-room TV had good info about Japan tourist sites and taxi protocol on their intro screen.

Small lobby got crowded at times with check-in guests and luggage kept for travellers. No sitting / lounging area in lobby which made it tough with small hotel rooms above. We were a family of 4 so we had to get 2 rooms side by side (Full size bed for an adult and child). We got used it as we spent majority of the days exploring Tokyo.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a lot of nice touches in the room like an extensive toiletries offering, slippers, towels, shampoo, conditioner. You have a kettle and fridge in the room with a microwave available downstairs. A short walk to the metro and a half hour walk to Tokyo Station. There are also multiple near by 7/11! Luggage storage was also free!

The room is tight, but not the smallest we have been in. There is just enough room to have two bags open and accessible at once. My husband is 6ft4, so he had to be careful in the bathroom, especially in the shower.

The room is clean, the location is not that far from Akihabara or Hitotsubashi. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They are able to accommodate me by merging two separate bookings into one, allowing me not to need to check out and recheck for two bookings at adjacent times. The room is equipped with AC, a small fridge, and is not noisy.

The breakfast menu is always the same every time, and it is not Muslim-friendly. The food is very oily, and sometimes I decide to just get food from 7-Eleven, although I have paid the breakfast for 10 days.

First time staying in an APA hotel and we loved it! The staff was very kind and allowed us to check in a bit earlier than normal. It's located in a convenient location with a few metro stops nearby and within walking distance from many hotspots in Tokyo. The room is full of amenities, towels, pyjamas, shampoos, hair dryer, toothbrushes, cotton buds etc etc. every day they bring you new towels, pyjamas, coffee and tea bags and a few more little things. The room is really small and it barely fits 2 suitcases. Could be cheaper (especially during the off season)

For European person, the rooms are definitely too small. The breakfast facility was tiny, difficult to move around, but experience shows there is absolutely no need for pre-paid breakfast in Japan, local markets like 7 Eleven or Family Mart sell fresh food everyday and it's an affordable price. Tasty too! The staff is great. Sometimes there is a language barrier, but this is 21st century - have a translator on your phone. Location is great, you can walk anywhere and Metro is nearby.

The accommodation is truly delightful, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. The location is very convenient, with public transport nearby and just a short distance from the center of Tokyo. We were also just wandering around and ended up in Akihabara, just 16/20min walk away. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available for any needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to stay!

The location was well chosen for the business trip and still walkable distance to several subway lines. Also in this APA hotel (although no own breakfast) there were a coin washing machine and ice machine. But the breakfast is no problem, around the hotel are several opportunities including Starbucks. For dinner there are plenty of restaurants in this area.

Has nothing to do with this specific hotel or APA generally. But Westerners should know, that all the rooms have "Japanese size" so with my large luggage it was not possible to open the full suitcase on the floor ground- it was simply not enough space. No issue at all, just to know what to expect.

Great location, just a short walk from food, train stations, and convenience stores. The staff was very friendly and spoke great English. They held our bags, since we arrived early, and gave us restaurant recommendations for the area. The room was a bit small, but overall it was comfortable. We prioritized value and location, this hotel addressed both priorities.

We were a bit cramped with two small luggage bags, and two backpacks. More luggage would make it very cramped.

APA Hotels never disappoint and this location was no exception. 7-11 near by as well as plenty of other places to eat throughout the day and night and the station close by. It was also a 15 minute walk to Akiba.

Room was a little cramped for 2 people but it wasn't completely undoable. We both had 2 large luggage and I would have to use the bed to open one of them but it wasn't really a big deal.
