The location is excellent, near JR Tokushima station and there is a direct bus from airport that brings you almost at the hotel. Tokushima is within short walking distance from the hotel, with many colourful flowers as you enter the park and it is scenic with few cherry blossoming along the river, which is clean, serene. The bath solution, shampoo and condition are of good quality and smell good too. The reception has two beautiful ladies who are polite and checking in was a breeze.

For non Japanese, it is difficult to figure out where the reception floor is. It would be helpful to add English in addition to Japanese on the ground floor.

Professional and welcoming staff and cosy rooms. Excellent location, right next to the station and bus terminal. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Larger bathroom and bathtub compared to other similar standard Japanese chain hotels. Great breakfast with allergens listed on food which made it easier for vegetarians. Plenty of options for vegetarians which was good to find in Japan. Great stay, would stay again if I was in Tokushima.

Room needed extra pillows on the bed. There was just one pillow on the double bed.

Staff were helpful and attentive, location was superb (right next to bus and train station), room was clean, quiet and spacious. We stayed here on two occasions as it was such a great place (for 3 nights and then 2 nights). We were allowed to have our bicycles in the room with us and the hotel accepted our bicycles from Osaka before we arrived. The hotel also arranged transport for our bicycles back to Osaka at the completion of our stay.

Apr 10-11 2024 Double Room with small double bed. This is our second time staying here. Room is clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious compared to rooms in mainland. Toilet is bigger too with ample space for toiletries. Bed is big too (for us, middle- sized Asian). The room arrangement is good - bed faces the window ( not next to window and curtains) and air con doesn't blow directly onto bed Hotel is located just outside JR train station and bus terminal. You can board the bus here for Nankai Ferry Terminal as well as to other attractions in Tokushima. ( No subway or tram/streetcar in Tokushima). Lots of eateries around the hotel.

Not a major issue but find it weird that during check in, the counter staff will photostat your passport and require you to fill in a form with your names, home address and phone number. But payment is at a machine. By the time the staff explained to me how to make payment at the machine, she could have processed my payment. Either the hotel goes fully automated or human, not efficient to go part human part machine.

The staff is wonderful. During my check in, the staff was engaging and advised me all the Tokushima unique food I should try and it was good! The location is just beside the Tokushima Station and it is very convenient be it traveling by train or by bus. The room is similar to the one in Matsuyama but slightly smaller. Otherwise it is in good condition.

I think the bathroom need a bit of repair. Otherwise it is in pretty good condition.

Extremely near the train station and bus terminal ! Easy to find f&b around ! I like the superb breakfast which featuring the local delicacies! You must never miss its buffet breakfast!

Can hear noises from outside especially those people wandering around the bus terminal in the middle of the nights ! (If you stay at the lower floor) Perhaps the hotel should change more sound proof windows!

Great location in Tokushima, right next to the station, close to a castle garden, and only 10 min. walk from the ropeway to Mt. Bizan. Our room was sufficiently spacious with a view of the station. It was quiet after 10pm when the loud music at the station stopped. The beds were hard and could use a soft topper. Only 1 pillow per bed was insufficient. The breakfast was average. Parking garage next door was convenient. Plenty of good restaurants around this nice neighborhood.

A little tricky to find from our rental car’s GPS.

It was a very convenient location, only 1 minute's walk from the train station. There were also bus stops a short walk away from which you could get to places like Naruto or to the other end of Tokushima. When you looked down from the room it was a large square with restaurants and other businesses around it. That made it quite an interesting view to watch all the people wandering about or heading to work or school. The same was true of the restaurant. I paid for breakfast in the restaurant, you could sit at a counter looking out the window. There were some western style options such as cornflakes, which could make a change for Western travellers wanting a break from rice for breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and modern, also seemed to be very safe and professional. Since I had to leave very early in the morning, it was nice to be close to the station. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. It was also very kind of you to let me leave my bags at the hotel before check-in time. Finally, I got everything I needed during my stay, and even more. Thank you.

Very friendly & helpful staff, spacious room, delicious breakfast, great location. Received our bicycles in bike bags before we arrived ourselves (bikes in bags were sent from Airport Hotel, Kansai). This hotel stored our bicycle bags for us while we cycled around Shikoku. Stayed with this hotel at the beginning and end of our trip.
