It feels like staying in your own apartment. Kitchen and bathroom are sufficiently equipped. Washing machine works good. It is relatively easy to access with convenient stores around the proximity of the property.

It could be better if instead of two sofas and high coffee table in the living room area, smaller floor chair and coffee table are there since the whole apartment is very small (I think the usual size of 1LDK in Japan). This will make the room a bit more spacey and comfortable. There was no iron. The walls are thin so we can hear noises from adjacent rooms can be heard and vice versa. The neighbor from the next room was smoking by their balcony and we could smell it although we have closed the ventilation and windows.

Pain free check-in/-out, decent location with multiple nearby parking options, drying rack for clothing, good value for money.

Our apartment could've used a proper dusting/cleaning. All the obvious stuff was clean, but lamps and more "hidden" surfaces had a lot of dust as had they not been cleaned in a long time. There was a kitchen but it would've been nice if the bare minimum cooking essentials were provided, we didn't cook anything as it would require us to bring/buy everything which isn't feasible. This was our first stay in Japan with a kitchen so we don't know what the norm is here but usually when we've had kitchens in other stays elsewhere the very basics for cooking have been provided so you can just shop/bring the actual food you'd like to cook.

Had everything we needed. Close to Sapporo station, easy to access, fairly easy to check in. Modern, bright, clean. Staff were fairly helpful, although it can take a couple hours for them to respond

It was small -- the beds were a bit narrow, hallways were a bit narrow, opening some doors blocked access through other doors. The walls transmit sound as if they're made of paper. Some of the family units have an internal stairway with no railing, which is not appropriate for young children -- the provided floor plan is just one example of several in the building. If you have a child who could fall off stairs, you need to ask for a room with no stairs.

The location couldn't be better. It was less than 10 minutes walking from Sapporo station, and there are many restaurants around. I went specifically to the Sapporo Snow Festival, and the hotel was 5–10 minutes walking from the square where the event was taking place.

My main complaint about the apartment is regarding the entrance. There's plenty of space for keeping your shoes, but nowhere to hang your coat when you come from the street. It was snowing a lot when we were there, and a hanger like this in the entrance would have helped a lot with our heavy coats.

Nicely organized with great amenities. I especially liked the grab bars in the restroom areas, the combo washer/dryer and the dual heat/AC for the bedroom and living areas. Someone who lives at the property has extremely helpful, guiding us through Sapporo at night to a wonderful little hole-in-the-wall restaurant where her father likes to eat. What amazing hospitality.

Check-in was a little rough on a ipad with no guidance. But we were very tired and our computer skills are a couple of generations behind.

Very good price. Building has a code lock entrance, as do the rooms, so it feels safe. Just 10-15 min walk from jr Sapporo station which is convenient. The room is well decorated, with WiFi and a smart TV featuring all of your regular streaming services.

The check in process was a bit complicated, and seems to be set up for foreign travellers. We are residents, so didn't have our passports, but it would not let us skip that step. The tablet also kicked me out half way through and I had to start again. There were no staff at the reception desk anytime I checked. If you have an issue you need to call a number, which could be a problem if it's time sensitive. The bed was not very comfortable, it felt a bit cheap. For the garbage collection, it required the staff letting them into your room each day. Although I'm sure they are trustworthy, it's not nice to have someone opening your door when you're trying to have a lay-in...

Close to the Radio Tower, subway, and 15 minutes walk from Sapporo train station. Apartment was clean, spacious and on ground floor. Didn't see any staff, so all communication was via booking.com to the hosts. They were received in a timely manner, accessing them with available WiFi was troublesome. On the whole, we didn't want to leave once we got used to things.

The only stressful experience was checking in on the tablet inside a door. They require online check-in ahead of time, which I had completed, but requested it again when physically checking in. This included photos of face and passport and another of passport.

Very easy self-check in and out, we didn't meet or need a single staff member during our three day stay (to me that's a good thing, nothing went wrong). We like to stay in apartment-hotels like this as the kitchenette and larger size is very convenient for nights we just want to have a drink or meal in by shopping at the supermarket. Location has good access to everything you need. And they're very reasonably priced. This one had a washing machine in the room which we used before we left.

Nothing worth complaining about, the wardrobe was a little hard to access but the only way to fix that would be to shrink the bed and that's not a good trade-off. And the footpath when heading towards the train station was a nightmare on suitcase wheels but again, not something worth really complaining about, nor can the hotel fix that.

The location is close to subway and JR stations, around 10 minutes walking leisurely to Sapporo JR and subway station. You’d want to live close to Sapporo JR as it basically connects you to most parts of Hokkaido and the airport. I had compared pricing to other hotels that are within walking distance to Sapporo station, this is by far the greatest deal, if you are not adamant on needing to stay in a hotel hotel. On top of that, the room I stayed in is relatively spacious compared to standard Japanese hotels. Interior is stylish and well equipped. For example, I liked the bed and the collapsible doors. Washing machine is included in the suite as well with detergent and softener. For longer stays like we did (7 days) the kitchen is very useful in that we can do easy cooking. Shower is amazing, the sprinkler head is strong so it served some sort of massaging purposes. Hotel is quick to response (I messaged via booking.com) for requests like amenities. The staff lady I saw one morning was very friendly and proactively asked if I needed something.

The only thing is it’d be great to have amenities (as in toothpastes etc) prepared in the suite in proportionate to the length of stay so guests wouldn’t run the risk of running out and having to scrambly message the hotel (there is no 24/7 on site staff). Of course, things like toothpastes can easily be purchased at stores. We didn’t find a dryer in the suite so we couldn’t dry our washed clothes properly but hanging them around still worked. The washing machine had a spin option to get rid of excess moisture.

The place has all the facilities a family needs. The kitchen is well supplied with the utensils and cutlery needed for a stay. The place is spacious and make efficient use the the space available. Very glad that there is a daily garbage removal service available. There is cleaning equipment provide for guests' use if needed. There are convenience stores nearby and the JR station and the shopping complexes nearby can be reached by foot.

We used Google map to find the place and we missed seeing it. There is no visible sign at the entrance to an almost hidden entrance. There is no staff to facilitate the check in. One has to complete the registration details prior to arrival. On arrival, one has to check-in using a tablet on the counter and get the room number and key code. Having a clear list of instruction on the counter would have been helpful. The water heater in the bathroom stops providing hot water after some time. Cold water comes out and one has to wait for a while before the supply of hot water resumes. Not a pleasant experience to suddenly have cold water in the midst of one's shower.
